Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Great Looking Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid 30-in smart electric combo wall oven with assisted cooking modes in black ore is working great. The black ore color is a sleek color that looks great. The Wi-Fi controls are a great feature. I have not tested all modes of the oven but so far everything appears to function as described. The only downfall so far to this oven is the weight of the oven. The installation of this oven is was easy except for lifting it into the wall. You definitely will need 2 people to lift and install this oven into the wall. The weight of this oven is the only downfall.

Great for the functions we have used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the oven 3-4 weeks ago, and have used only the Bake and Convection Bake functions only, as well as the microwave- amazing results with all the usage so far. Haven’t tried the fancy air frier or baking pre-settings yet, but very happy with the results of the even baking (which was the reason for replacing the old kitchen aid). I had to adjust the temperature on few of the recipes - when baking at 350°F was required,,I had to bump it up, and when baking at 450°F was required, I had to cut the recommended time.

Excellent wall oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven replaced another KitchenAid that lasted 23 years. It's quiet, preheats quickly, and has some other great features, like the ability to check the status on an app. Definitely 5 stars, although there was a notice in the paperwork saying that upon registering, I would receive an email confirming that we will get a free microwave crisper tray. No email and no one appears to know anything about it when calling their support line. While frustrating, that doesn't lower the overall rating of the oven.

Lots of New Technology
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been installed a couple of weeks but just now starting to use the unit after a major kitchen remodel. We need to watch some YouTube videos to learn more. But love the style and functionality we know it offers. Still waiting for our Microwave Crisper Pan that was offered at the time of registration. (Has it shipped?)

Ease of use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how easy it is to use the electronic controls. I was looking at a GE model until I read one review stating it took multiple screens just to warm a cup coffee in the microwave. My wife would have disowned me if the microwave took a degree in engineering to use.
When first got the oven I looked for detailed instructions in the manual on its use. After not finding much I started to play with controls and found even the sub screens on functions easy to use.

Great addition
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the oven for a kitchen remodeling project and recently got the chance to start using the oven. Smart design with easy to understand features. Have used the microwave several times and it's really quiet with a pleasant chime when the cook cycle is complete. Only have used the oven a couple of times for some bacon and a pie with the oven cooking even from side to side. First time having KitchenAid appliances and they certainly are a step up from our last appliances.

Nice unit; need to experiment w your recipes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is very presentable and sleek. Fits well into the spec'd space w no issues. The interface has clean pictures and allows both touch and scroll selection options which i like (less fingerprints on screen). The convection feature is nice but maybe something to get used to if you have your traditional recipes (need to adjust). I tried lasagna, roast, cake, cookies and so maybe tweaking for every use case is needed. The microwave is okay, but the defrost has only 'meat or fish', which is a little limiting. There is a little squeak on the turntable squeaks but maybe just my unit (not a design flaw). Overall, the unit is functional and works well. Just maybe anticipate adjusting times and temp w your favorite recipes.

Should be great if we can get it to work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features of this double oven seem awesome, but it came from the factory in terrible shape. Lower oven was off by 75 degrees out of the box, we've already replaced 2 electronics boards. Now we also need to replace the wiring harnesses as the oven setting is still off by 50 degrees. We've had the oven for a month now and have yet to be able to use it soon. Note that each part takes 2 weeks to come in, so the wait times are very long.
Interface seems solid to manage controls - but again are electronic / computer based - which again aren't showing great out of the box reliability. Not sure if Kitchen Aid is skipping quality checks, but whatever they're doing - it's not preventing faulty products from leaving the factory...
