Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Disappointed New Design from
Poor Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this newest model microwave for a month now and find it more cumbersome to use than the previous one. For example, instead of simply pressing buttons, you scroll through functions to get the settings you need. Also, the display is dark (no time/date shown) until the microwave is activated. And the volume of the signal when cooking is finished is very low and almost impossible to hear if you are in another room. Finally the plastic trim surrounding the glass window, both inside and outside, was sloppily installed. Not what you would expect from KitchenAid.

Still Deciding..Love With Hesitation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While, we do love most of it there are a few issues. One the collect is so dim it is like it is off. Secondly almost every time I go to microwave anything it says door open and we have to open and close it multiple times and when you use the convection oven and open to check on something when you close the door(soft close) it makes a whistling noise because the door is not really closed. So something not right with the door. The air fry is nothing like an air frier sad to say, one of the reasons we purchased it. Still learning the reheat options on the microwave side. Convection oven we love, we do not have to turn on the big oven. Still waiting on repair person to come address the door issue. I feel it warranted a new microwave since it started door open thing from the beginning and seems to be getting worse

Manufactured poorly, complex controls
Replacement for same unit bought eight years ago. Just had installed today. The door is assembled wrong so that the bottom sticks out further than top (not level). There was no instruction manual and the new controls are not intuitive. Overall, the prior design was much easier to use.
