Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

#1 Poorly designed controls, fire hazard
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pro: Bakes well as the oven door seals well.Cooktop grates very heavy & sit high above cooktop.Con: difficulty to use oven controls without using app. Cooktop knobs click on EASILY by just leaning against one. Design prevents buying control locks. Cannot use timer manually - must push each minute individually. Cancel & oven light button doesn't respond well manually. Cooktop grates easily scratch back polished metal. Oven racks very flimsy
Control sounds on cooktop VERY LOW & DIFFICULT to hear, both on range & no notification sound on app Do not enter cook time until after preheated - begins cooking time when oven set to start.

Just do it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im coming from a 26 year old range with enamel top that i could use easyoff on and this is metal but no issues yet cleaning but im worried… other than that it is beautiful and the burners are twice as powerful and easy to use. The build quality seems very good nice feel turning knobs. Too early to tell but Kitchen Aid is part of the best company with maytag whirlpool so it is the best available option. Just do it!

Beyond Disappointing
#1 KNOBS turn on the gas burners EASILY if touched against during cooking ( or if you are like our household and your microwave is above the range, you frequently lean forward and catch the stove knob which turns the burner on (FIRE/SAFETY DANGER!!) . The "Control Lock" function should have been designed to prevent the accidentally turning on the gas burners e.g. by child or animal. I was led to believe these knobs had to be purposely pushed in and than turned to activate the burners when shopping for a new range . It was the MOST IMPORTANT feature for choicing this range. #2 Timer is useful only through one of the "bake" modes on the app. You CANNOT access just the timer from the app : e.g. to set timer for cooking on the stove top. Physically using the control panel timer icon on the stove to; it is slow to respond to touch and maintaining touch DOES not increase the time - you must touchrepeatedly for each minute to increase time increments. REALLY?!! #3 The app does not interface will with "Alexa" and is very limited (" turn oven on/off Alexa"). #3 Oven racks are very flimsy. #4 On control panel, the oven light does not respond on/off 9 out of 10xs #5 I expect ovens to make noise when in use, but the oven seems to make gas sounds(popping & whoosing) when cycling on/off during the baking cycle. #5 The "simmer" burner does not go low enough and you must adjustment cooking time for cooking rice or foods that need to simmer for long periods of time, #6 The "delay start" setting goes right into 'bake" - does not indicate it is preheatintg (per app and stove top control image. You than have to reset the 'bake" time #7 The audio alert volume is too quiet and cannot be adjusted. #8 The "Modes" setting does not consistently show all modes. #9 It would be nice to be able to adjust the "clock" display brightness . #10 "Pizza" temperature setting should be adjustable for either frozen pizza ( majority of pizzas baked) OR "fresh" pizza. #11 The knobs are awkward - logically the front left knob should be the front left burner, not the back left burner. #12 Left front knob is "bent " or not manufactured well. I have had this range for 6 days. Very unlikely I will keep it.

A Better Range With These Recommendations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall satisfied with the range.
Two recommendations:
1. Make the Cooking timer easier to set.Currentsetting requires having to scroll through every minute to reach the appropriate time.
2.Tho “Low” setting on the small back burner is calibrated at too high of a temperature.

Nice Looking Appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking appliance. Unable to get a slow simmer on any of the jets. Low setting is not low enough. We purchased a cast iron diffuser which really helps. The bottom storage drawer is very difficult to open. Otherwise, we’re happy with our purchase and use of this appliance.
