Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

What The Heck Is That Noise?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this washer for me for Christmas. After 15 years with the same dishwasher, I was excited to have a new appliance, especially one that was quiet! I was disappointed but patient when the new washer started making a loud whirring sound intermittently through the cycle. I figured it was an anomaly and the repair people sent to fix it would take care of it. Unfortunately, they did not fix it and I still have an appliance that isn’t what I believe KitchenAid’s reputation was built on. It is a source of stress in an already busy life because I now have to take up more time away from work to hopefully get it fixed or repaired.

Beware!
Have been a long time supporter of Kitchenaid, but now disappointed. Bought this in November and loved it…until it stopped washing dishes 4 months later. Can’t contact anyone for quick repair insights/suggestions. Everything done on internet with only able to request a warranty repair on-line. Then we waited for repairman to show up only to inquire midafternoon when he’d be coming and be told he was too backed up today (this after we had verified originally we’d be #2 on work list). Now we need to wait over the holiday weekend and hope someone shows up on Monday. Moving on from Kitchenaid in future.

Very pleased and very impressed with this stylish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A wonderful dish washer! The style is simplified and elegantly refined! The display is nicely concealed beneath the countertops. I love the addition of the handle on the front also. Installation appeared to be a breeze, and the instructions are very clear. The included publications and complementary drying agent and detergent are nice. I am absolutely amazed at how quiet this machine is. It is difficult to even hear if it is working when not standing directly beside it. The capacity of the shelves are lovely and I don't know how they can cram all that inside that profile. The shelving options meet every need we have. The setting options are impressive and very clear to understand. The dishes were perfectly cleaned and mostly dry with only a few exceptions of glassware that trapped water. Over all I am very pleased and very impressed!

Incredible dishwasher works flawlessly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased this KitchenAid dishwasher and I must say the features and the way it cleans will you knowing that your dishes are not only cleaned but also sanitized. it’s incredible because it dries the plastic containers and plastic Utensils. When the machine is done with the wash cycle, It’s slightly opens the door to allow the steam to escape. This feature allows everything inside the dishwasher to dry perfectly in Including the plastic containers. I didn’t like that after the dishwasher was done you had to then dry all the plastic containers with A towel by hand.

Stay away. Plastic attached to heating element
Stay away from Kitchen Aid Dishwashers.
They put plastic parts on the end of their heating elements. Heating and plastic do not go together.
Heating element popped away from SS tub leaked water all over my hardwood floors and ruined them.
As you can see even the other side leaked a little bit.

It has some good features, except for drying time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is very good as well as cleaning the dishes. Drying is okay but too long. Maintenance seems very good and the noise is not loud. The only problem I have is that when it's drying is takes to long and once the green light turns on, opens the dishwasher until I see it and cancel and close the door. This to me is very inconvenient as sometimes I turn the dishwasher late and still running and by that time its bedtime and dishwasher door stays open after if done leaving it open until the next morning. Not sure why KitchenAid design this.

It’s a Beautiful Thing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation after removing the Bosch. The dishwasher has more options than I will ever use.
I love the 3rd rack for my wife’s bone china coffee cups. It does a really nice job cleaning and drying the dishes. I use only the normal wash pro dry. I use cheap Great Value detergent and put it in the cup and close the cover, then add a little more on top of the cover in the prewash cup. I also use Great Value rinse agent. I run the water at the sink to get it hot before I start the washer. It is very quiet. When done, door automatically opens and lamp turns on to dry dishes. It is a beautiful thing!😎

Impressed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher broke (it was not that old and was a higher end brand). I wanted to get a new brand since I was not happy with my old one breaking so soon and I purchased the Kitchenaid 360 Max Jets 3rd rack with Pro Dry. I am so impressed! It's better than I expected. Dishes are clean, I don't need to pre wash them and when they are done they are actually dry and don't have water pooled in some spots. It is the same overall size as my previous dishwasher, yet it fits about 1/3rd more dishes! I really love it and could not be happier with my choice.
