Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Not happy, need service from
Loved dishwasher. Stopped working.Service horrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the dishwasher when I got it. Then it stopped working. There is some code. I can't figure it out. I call the KitchenAid number and get set with Goodman's for repair for 12/19 between 8a-12p. I take off work. No one showed up. I call, they say KitchenAid can't really set for them. I agree to today, 12/23, same time. I take off work. No one here today. They have unilaterally moved me to12/30. No dishwasher for the holiday. This not ok. I would like to have a repairman here asap, if at all possible.

Did not work right from the start
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I got didn’t work right off the bat. It would start to wash for about a half hour and then just stop and go right to clean but when I opened it the water hadn’t drained or anything. I had to hit the drain button. I called and a week later a replacement came. During the week I had the first one I got it to work properly twice. I have a large family and do dishes 2/3 times a day. And it worked properly twice in one week. The replacement did the same thing right from the start! I went right back to the store and bought a Bosch instead.

Great unit with lots of features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement dishwasher. We appreciate the quality of KitchenAid. It shows with the features of a third rack. It really fits a lot of dishes. More than the Whirlpool we had. We love the rack feature of tilting glasses so no water pools on them assisting on air drying, thus saving energy. It has a range of great cycles. More than we need, but are nice if we need them in the future. Install was typical without issues. I love the leak warning system that it is fitted with. Moreover, this is the quietest unit we have ever had. Can nearly hear it run. This is a great unit! You won’t be disappointed.

What I love about the washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how quiet the washer is. It is so quiet you believe that it’s not working. Love the third rack on top one of the reasons why I bought the washer. Love the silverware caddies with the slots. So easy to put silverware away.

Love
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using for about three weeks now and are extremely satisfied. The only thing I don't like is the control panel is a little hard to see but we can work with that. I have found that in the bottom rack it is best to load the dishes in the back first so the rack doesn't tip. All three racks are sturdy and do not feel like they are going to break when you pull them out. The machine is quiet and can be run while watching TV or entertaining. All the dishes come out clean - and dry! Gone are the days of drying glass bottoms before putting away. I love the color (Juniper). It was an expensive purchase but well worth the money.

Better than no dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher fit into the existing space with no modifications and it filled the space very well. The lights illuminate for the various functions. It holds water and after a few hours the water is drained which indicates the pump and water valve are functioning. After a few hours of operating the door pops open by itself, imagine the surprise when no genie appeared. Now if they made a toilet stool that did your job for you I might be interested.
My 22 year old disherwasher quit and something had to be done. She got engaged and left.

All the dishes and glasses are sparkling!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a month ago and have been pleased with how clean and sparkly the dishes and glasses look. I am slightly surprised by how long the cycle lasts as my previous dishwasher had a quick clean cycle which took 58 minutes to complete. So helpful when you have guests! My new kitchenaid dishwasher can take 2 plus hours for a normal cycle which means that the best time to run it is at night when nobody needs any plates or glasses.
I also wish I could find a way to turn off the open door dry mechanism but it’s not a deal breaker.

Difficult to load
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Kitchenaid dishwasher for a couple of months now and we continue to struggle with the loading of the dishwasher. The design of the racks is nothing short of pathetic. We have many Kitchenaid appliances in our kitchen and all the others are very good equipment. The new dishwasher is an exception due to the loading of the dishwasher which is a nightmare. We previously had a Kitchenaid dishwasher which failed after about 6 years and we replaced it with this new model. The new model does not come close to the convenience and ease of use as the old machine. It does wash the dishes well and that is about the only strong point that it has. I could not recommend this dishwasher to anyone.
