Kitchen Aid KitchenAid 1.5 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel Countertop Microwave - Convection

This is the 3rd same exact microwave I’ve purchased from ABT over the years. I’m wondering if the manufacturer changed the intensity of the microwave or if I just have a bad unit. Previously it would boil water in 2 1/2 minutes or so. Now it takes a full 4 minutes!

I've had this microwavefor over 18 months. It works great! I love that I can use it as a small oven for cooking small batches of cookies, pizza, etc., and use it as a warming oven instead of using my big oven. I can use convection or regular baking or as a regular microwave oven.

There might be a protective clear plastic over the number pad that should be removed after installation I can't get it off. If it is not meant to be removed , the number pad is wearing by bubbling up after a very short time.

I purchased the unit new but it was installed and not functioning well -- the turntable turned with hesitation and with a noise. I hope the quality of the containment of microwave beams is better! I will be getting a replacement. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Purchased for garage apt we are finishing out, since not doing a full size oven so wanted connection microwave. Everything I wanted from a microwave standpoint and convection works great too. My microwave went out in my home do testing this out before it moves to the garage apt. And so quiet...

We really this product both in terms of function and size. It doesn't take up that much space yet still has ample space interior for a decent size plate/container. It's convection use is super efficient. Easy to use, easy to clean and very quiet. Best micro convection we've ever had.

We've owned this microwave for a month now, and we're pretty satisfied with the features and usability. This is the first microwave with a broiler element, and we've used that a lot. Basic microwaving is speedy, at least relative to our old microwave. We haven't yet used the convection bake.

Awaiting wall installation in new kitchen. Very excited to explore the world of convection cooking.
