Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Ultimately Convenient
We've had our microwave for over 2 years and continue to enjoy it. Having it under the counter frees up the counter space for other items outside of appliances. That makes this microwave the ultimate inconvenience. I will say a few features that I wish it had were a night light for doing preparation in the evenings without having to turn on the lights. I also wish it had a tilting control panel. That would be great for tall people who then would not have to bend over to operate the microwave. With those two features in place this would be the absolute best microwave available. All in all, we still love it.

Not very impressed.
I purchased the KitchenAid microwave drawer because all my other new appliances were KitchenAid and I wanted them to match. I have been using the microwave now for about two months and really wish I had not purchased it. It is very very difficult to see the control panel unless you either have a flashlight or turn on all the lights in the kitchen. It’s really a nuisance. I have also yet to take out a plate of food that I was trying to reheat that it’s very hot around the edges and still cold in the center. I have read that this microwave does not need a turntable because the heating element is on the top but I totally disagree.

Really love my Under-Counter Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the KitchAid 24 inch under the counter Microwave for our new kitchen remodel. We installed in a convenient place in the island and are so happy with it. I don't know if it is us or the microwave but I hardy have to clean this as opposed to one with a turning plate. Only downside is having to bend to look a the food, which we knew when purchasing. It has been installed for a couple of months now and we have had no issues or concerns. KitchenAid products have been good to us.

Read the manual
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the under-counter model due to some remodeling we undertook. This is such a great appliance - but we have run into an issue when it comes to the microwave developing a mind of its own. We went back to the salesman and had to make some inquiries. It turns out the oven has a humidity sensor system to help determine when items are fully cooked. We had no clue and needed further edification regarding our new microwave. I guess this is more of a sales issue than a product issue. Don't hesitate to ask all the questions you "think" you need, and then ask more.

Frustrating
This microwave works fine, but is not intuitive on any front. You cannot adjust the beeper volume. Not a big deal except when everyone is sleeping and you want to reheat your coffee and the beeper wakes them. It does not have the instant time buttons for 30 seconds or push the 1 number for 1 minute and 2 for 2 minutes, etc... a simple feature that I used to used all the time. And lastly, a under countertop microwave is just plain inconvenient... it looks cool but is too difficult to use because it is too low and one has to bend over or get on your knee to put item in and take them out.

Great overall design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was installed in the kitchen of the new construction condo we bought last year. Didn’t think we’d like it at first but now we greatly prefer it to the range hood microwave in our previous home. So easy to reach in and stir or check what is being heated. We dinged it one star because of the control panel. It would be nice if it were recessed or otherwise protected. Brushing by it or backing into it will trigger a key. The Control Lock will disable the keypad but it’s not particularly convenient. The panel also needs to be backlit as the unlit pale grey on white lettering is hard to see.

Almost perfect...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very happy with the microwave drawer. Love the convenience. Not quite as powerful as our old microwave (a large over-the-range style), but with good space. The only complaint is the control placement. Anytime someone touches the microwave as they pass it, or while working at the counter or reaching for the higher shelves, it activates. We now keep a bowl of water in the oven to prevent disaster...Sharp solved the problem by having a "flip out" control panel (which also prevents having to lean over to see the controls). Hopefully KitchenAid will try something similar.

Too hard to read and use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to buy this microwave for more money than the original I choose. I liked the idea of the 'glass' touch screen. Here are the issues: 1. My cheap one cooked much faster. 2. Since the face panel is flat it is extremely hard to read. Need to bend over. 3. No backlight on the face panel so need a flashlight near by to read it at night. Overall very difficult to read and see what you are pushing. Need to always bend over to read. I would not buy it again. Way too expensive for these items to not be thought of.
