The 19K BTU Multiflame burner is quite versatile since it offers both very high and low temperatures allowing you to go from a simmer to a boil without switching burners. The electronic ignition automatically lights the burners eliminating the need for any standing pilot light and an LP conversion kit is included with the cooktop. The sleek design also makes for easy cleanup.
