Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Excellent Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 30” JX3™ Gas Downdraft Cooktop because we have an old Jenn-Air one. We have it installed for almost 4 months. We are satisfied its quality construction and flawless performance. It is easy to clean after cooking due to the sealed surface although we have yet to reach the downdraft ventilation. Control of flame level is fluent. A small suggestion is to make the surface burner locator more visible (especially for the new users), it took us three days to memorize the knobs and the corresponding burners. In conclusion, this is a high quality cooktop in operation and construction!

Beats electric range hands down!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a gas cooktop forever. Years ago I had a JennAir electric cook top with grill, deep fry, etc. I loved it but the problem with electric range vs.gas still existed. We did not have gas lines in my neighborhood so I was stuck with electric. The different size burners have been wonderful to use. Loving my cooking time for a change. It has been difficult reteaching my husband how to cook with gas...this has been my only problem. I also love the look and the brass..just wonderful. I had no idea that JennAir made gas. When I saw this cooktop in the showroom, I had to have it.

Clean profile lines, sensible design!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our GE downdraft, Gas cooktop 30"; This Jenn-Air unit was a one-for-one exact replacement in terms of size. The flame does not get sucked sideways when the three-speed fan is On, at "High," because of the well-wall construction that prevents this from happening. The Brass burners are easy to clean; most of the parts are dishwasher friendly. The price is well worth it for the stainless steel model. The grates are heavy duty and do not slide, because the feet stay put in their slots. The igniter is very smooth and the shiny knobs add elegance to the design.

Good Cooktop but dimensions changed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop replaced a 22 year old version. There are not too many choices for downdraft versions. The new one is a definite upgrade. Sealed burners, higher capacity, metal knobs, and better fan. Performance has been fine. The main issue is that the inner dimensions changed slightly from the older one. So if you are retrofitting in an existing cutout in countertop, it could be an issue. I had to put half-inch spacers in front and back to prevent sliding. The fan duct was increased to 6 inch so you may have to revise some ductwork.

Very good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooktop to replace a cooktop with a telescoping downdraft, which we had to repair twice before it became unrepairable. This model features a built- in downdraft, no telescope that sits in the middle of the cooktop. Removal of filter for cleaning is easy and it seems easier overall to keep the entire unit clean. It takes a bit to get used to the subtle markings on the controls but once you get used to that it's also easy to select the right burner for the job. There's even a switch out burner control for "melt" that will come in useful for recipes that call for say, melting chocolate. It looks good. It works well. I'm happy with it.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new Jenn Air cooktop a couple months ago. We had every intention of replacing our cooktop with the same brand we had. After all, it last over 17 years. However when we looked at the variety of cooktops with downdrafts, the Jenn Air was more attractive. We settled on it and are 100% satisfied. The guys did a fabulous job installing it. It not only looks great and brightens the kitchen but cooks great. I have the heat I need, the downdraft works great and the cooktop is so easy to clean! Would definitely recommend this.

30” JX3™ Gas Downdraft Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't have much choice to select from since my 20-year-old GE profile cooktop with the down draft was done. It fit fine in the rough in opening even though it was a litter bigger than the recommended cutout opening. Works ok. The only problem is the fan for the down draft. it seems to be more powerful than the original, sucks the flame out at low settings. I tried several adjustments, kind of have it right. Install was easy. Also cleaned up the original installation that the clown collaged contractors did, 20 years ago. What a mess.

Hope it lasts as long as the last one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having an electric Jenn-air downdraft stovetop since 1980, it was past time to upgrade to a Jenn-Air gas cooktop. When the old had burners go out, I would just plug in a new cartridge and be good to go. That wont be so easy with gas but hoping it will be as durable.
The only downside is that the markings are very faint and hard to see. It makes it look very sleek but will need to memorize settings. Having your hair fall over the open flame while try to see the settings is not the ambient kitchen lighting we want to go for.
