[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst product I’ve spent this much money on. First week, a zip tie was in the way of the fan blade, so it would get stuck and not spin. Lost a fridge full of food as a result. Then our compressor went out, once again losing a fridge full of food. We are currently without a fridge as we are still waiting on a repair for that. We’ve had this fridge a total of one month, and it’s hardly worked. It has also been super loud. Our 20 year old Thermador was quieter, even in its last days. Feel as if we got a lemon! Only good thing about this fridge is the inside is pretty.

Pretty but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty handle, sleek styling with doors that go all the way up to the top (No distracting top vent like the subzero) and without the distraction of multiple doors (French styling). Obsidian interior is really sleek BUT the glass shelves don’t go all the way to the back wall so items/ spills can potentially drop down the back. Changeable drawers from refrigerator to freezer would be a good feature to have. And wifi alert for “door left open” would be really nice. Having said that, I knew the fridge didn’t have all these features but it looked good and so we bought it since it’s very much on display in a very open plan home.

Nice Design - Frozen Produce

We really like the look and design of it but are having trouble figuring out the temperature settings and operation of the crisper drawers. The operation manual is too generic to determine temperature settings in correlation to specific products being stored in the the drawers. We're having trouble storing fruits/vegetables in the drawers...lots of lost produce due to freezing. So we're working through it via trial and error by raising freezer and fridge temps above recommended settings.

Beautiful, good space

This fridge holds a lot of food, given the added height you get with it. Nice lighting too and SOLID, quality construction (quality is my priority). One con is the deli drawer is on the small side - would like more room there or an additional drawer. Freezer is large and makes plentiful, good ice.

The controls are well positioned and the illumination is excellent. We like how well it works and keep the food at the right temperature. We chose to install cabinetry panels on the doors and it works very well.

Beautiful fridge
