Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Good upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old GE downdraft was extremely loud and malfunctioning. It was quite an ordeal to find an appliance installer who had experience with downdraft range hoods. Once I found the right professional he installed this in under 2 hours which included cutting a new vent opening and sealing the prior one. (FYI, if you are replacing an old downdraft, the location of the vent opening is important to measure and ensure your installer can modify it for you!) The lowest setting is extremely quiet and usually adequate. Higher settings are noisy but that is expected, I don't feel the need to use higher settings unless I am searing something or cooking with strong spices. If I stand near the vent opening outdoors I can feel strong blowing air, even on low setting. Recommend.

Works Fine
I replaced my overhead hood with this downdraft when I remodeled. The vent works great (a bit noisy on the highest setting) and is out of the way when not in use. The spec sheet I got before buying the unit was pretty misleading for the actual install. The hood is designed to exhaust from the sides of the blower and direct exhaust out the bottom through the floor looks more like an after thought. Scary to install but great once in place.

Downdraft ventilation
Just built a new house with an induction cooktop and downdraft ventilation. Really like it. It works well and is pretty quiet. The only problem I have had is getting it attached to my quartz countertop. No one would drill into the countertop to anchor it. My builder ended up epoxying a wood block to the countertop and then attaching the brackets to it.

Great product without any early complaints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The down draft is higher than my last unit with multiple speeds which is very effective. Inside of the first month I have no complaints. The company that we bought through (Queen City) was great and there installer did a great job. I would definately use them again.

Not enough suction, but otherwise terrific!
My ventilation system was installed correctly, and it was checked, as well. The suction is not as powerful as I would prefer, even with the power turned on high. The suction is "adequate" for the closest burners to the system, but not for cooking on the burners furthest from it.

Works very well for what we wanted
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted this downdraft to work with our indoor flat top grill. It has a lot of power and removes all steam and smoke while cooking. The only thing wrong is the button sticks and has to be played with to work.

Dissatisfied
The unit is slow to rise and not consistent: blower is weak we find we need to open windows to avoid the smoke detectors from going off; we have had TWO units installed because the first one would not work, AND THEN WE still had to have parts replaced

Quite an Amazing Ventilation Technique
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the telescoping downdraft installed last week and we love it. It really takes care of the fumes from cooking and does it quietly.
