"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.

Great cooktop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, after 2 months of research, 1 month of it being on order and then 1 month waiting for the gas company to install. I’ve never used gas before but I use cast iron cookware a lot and my wife was always after me when I used them on our glass cooktops. Fell in love with this cooktop first time I used it, big burner heats my big skillet really quick, smaller burners are good for the other pans and the downdraft effectively pulls all the odors and smoke down into the filter. We bought the ventless downdraft kit to go with the cooktop and it seems to be working great.
Highly recommended!

Love the down draft!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased I purchased the Euro-Style Gas Downdraft range top. I love cooking with gas and I especially like the downdraft function. My previous range top had a back vent system which I didn't like and wasn't very efficient. Having five burners is great as I enjoy cooking and find myself using all the burners. I also appreciate the modern style of stainless steel which matches the other appliances in my kitchen. I had a Jenn Air stove in a previous house and was very pleased with the performance. I am delighted to once again be the owner of a Jenn Air appliance.

Good Looking and Works Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This JennAir Downdraft Cooktop works as great as it looks. I would have rated it at 5 stars except for the fact that the burners are a bit finicky if not kept VERY clean.
Also a suggestion: if you are building a new house like we did, try to find a JennAir certified installer to do the installation. It will save you a lot of time with the help desk if you need assistance. Our plumber did a good job of converting to LP, but he can't help with any other issues. One more note for JennAir- the largest burner on the cooktop could be hotter.

Best Performance for a Downdraft
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this cooktop as a replacement for a failing GE Profile downdraft cooktop. We had the option of staying with a downdraft unit or installing a hood ventilation system (building code requires a hood for higher BTU units). To save money we opted to stay with a downdraft. While this unit has improved BTU (burner heat) and better ventilation than the old GE, the cooktop is still pretty weak. If I were to do this upgrade again, I would opt for a full hood over a a professional grade gas cooktop.
If you are upgrading your downdraft, this is the top of the line. If you want professional performance, pop for the hood and move to the next level.

Very nice upgrade to my old kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced my 30+ year old cooktop with the new Jenn-Air. I purchased it from a small business shop so they could take care of removing the old one, delivery and most importantly the installation. After a few phone calls to the shop and to Jenn-Air we finally had the burners adjusted so I could use them. Initial set up did not include adjustment and it was impossible to cook with all burners on full heat. Now that I can "simmer" I'm absolutely thrilled with the stove and am sure I'll love it for the next 30+ years!

Great 36" JennAir gas cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks Beautiful! I purchased the 36' JX3 (JGD3536GB) in black. The knobs are aligned well, and the control panel directions are easy to see and read. Overall, it's well designed and sturdy. Each burner has a different BTU/H rating. The copper flame spreader looks fantastic against the black. The grates are somewhat heavy, have a flat surface (no pot or pan rocking), and have rubber "feet" at the bottom of each to avoid scratches. The downdraft feature is adequate. I only wish it had a light indicator that would illuminate anytime the burners were in use. My 26-year-old JennAir had that feature and thought it was great for safety. Hope this lasts as long as my old one!

Not sleek but very functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the JenAir to replace an existing downdraft. Fit was a little tricky as I had to find a steel space filler, then paint and sand it. I lost a shelf and drawer due to the design of the unit. When all is said and done, I am happy with the cooktop. I chose black so dirt would not show up easily. My husband does not love the look of the unit as it has a high profile but unless we switched to a sleek induction unit, this is the best it gets. Overall, pleased with the functionality of the cooktop.

crappy follow up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to buy a kitchenaid in december, but none were available to be seen, as they are the ghost manufacturer of Jenn Air. I finally bought a Jenn air because I would not buy something I could not see , which was what happened when I tried NATIONWIDE to see the same ktichenaid as Jennair cook top. No dealer had the model for show
I finally got the Jennair installed in March 2025, since no one would show me a Ktichenaid so I paid $900 more. I noticed that the cook top stainless steel surface had a tacky feel. I brought it to peoples attention and 1 month later.........crickets, it is still tacky
The kitchen aid was $900 less, the Jenn air people have NO Customer Care incentive.
