Doors Misaligned and Not Adjustable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installing and leveling our new fridge, the doors were misaligned. The manual has a procedure for aligning the doors by adjusting a screw in the right lower hinge with the 1/8 in hex wrench provided. That would be great except for the fact that neither wrench nor screw actually exists. Looking for help through email and chat was useless. They provide the same manual with incorrect information and suggest scheduling service. Jennair seems to have "upgraded" the design to not allow for door alignment while providing an outdated manual. This is marketed as a high end appliance. It is not.

Great refrigerator but it makes weird sounds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator 10/2023, everything works great but it makes an audible gurgling sound soon after delivery. We had it checked out from a professional since it was under warranty and he explained that it's a common occurrence. It's a flap inside that helps control the temp flow from the freezer. He replaced some parts but warned that the sound might come back but everything should still be functional. Sure enough, after about 2 months (quicker than I expected) the sound returned and now I've just accepted the fact that we have a noisy refrigerator at times.

Love the size and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a month or so now, and it was a replacement fridge for a different brand fridge that our builder could no longer get due to a discontinuation. They told us our originally ordered fridge could be located, but I didn’t want it anymore after having this one. I appreciate the various bins in the freezer, and the short height but long width and depth drawer that’s in there too. I love the amount of space in the fridge along with the 2 veggie/fruit bins and deli drawer. I feel like everything has a “home” in the fridge that lends to an organized fridge. Not to mention the interior water dispenser which is great too.

Exactly the same as a kitchenaide
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a kitchen aide refrigerator with thicker exterior handles. I had the kitchen aide version fail and I had to pay to replace it with a Jenn Air and I was stunned when the identical refrigerator appeared. There is no difference except the badge on the door and the thicker exterior handle. My original fridge had a leak. On my new, second fridge, I am highly disappointed in the door seals. After 8 months, they are already torn and breaking apart. I have a replacement on the way thanks to my 1 year warranty, but what happens in another 8 months?

Solidly built and meets our expectations!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In these times of backorders this quality JennAir refrigerator was in stock, at the right cabinet height/depth size AND the handles we wanted (and LOVE), so we 'jumped' on it before our 16 year old Kitchen Aid failed. We like the switch up from a side by side, although the freezer holds less. (We can make do and not overstock.) We also are getting used to the doors fitting together to close but that is minor. Installation and startup was quick and efficient. It's bright inside, and the shelf and bin options, both fridge and freezer,are nice!

Miserable door design...super hard to close
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Jenn Air for 15 years and was very happy with it...one large door on top and freezer on bottom. After it gave way, I wanted a Jenn Air again...but I do not like the new design. the french door doesn't close easily and the bottom drawer is freezing the food, the ice maker takes up unecessary room and the fridge makes noises the old one didnt...finally I liked the black on the side of the fridge and now I have dismal grey. And there is technically 1 more cubic inch of space, but it feels like I have less room..things don't fit as easily in the two side small shelves...just no improvements in 15 years...old design was much better.

Beautiful exterior design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this installed about a week ago, we are very happy with the fridge so far. We’re doing a complete kitchen remodel and chose Jen-air rise for all of our appliances with the dish washer as the only exception. Can’t wait to see everything complete and installed. We love the water on the inside feature, the only negative thing I can say is that I wished the shelving went the entire way to the back wall and there was not a gap. Seems to be a little loud at times at well. But the 2 minor complaints do not outweigh the positives of this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to purchase this fridge to replace a 3 year old fridge that was not working properly. I chose the new fridge that best matched my current appliances. I’m not thrilled about having a counter depth fridge as I have room for a full depth fridge but none fit the aesthetic that I was looking for. The handles on this fridge are not one solid piece and have very sharp edges so you must use caution. The deli drawer cannot be opened without opening both fridge doors. There is quite a bit of moisture in the fridge and I’m unable to control.
