Reliable and very attractive fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have own Jenn Air appliances in the past. So when it came time to purchase appliances for our new home there was no other choice.
One thing that does not make it a 5 rating is the ice maker. It is small and doesn’t produce enough ice in a da. A family of 2 making smoothies and packing lunches with ice bags for beverages it can’t keep up. I always have a bag of ice on hand with my previous fridge and now this one. I with it had two ice bins.
Otherwise. I always get compliments, especially when someone opens the door to see the interior and notice the ample room for storage. Still love this fridge.

What a Surprise

When I saw that there were set positions for the shelves above the crispers that I couldn’t change I was more than concerned. Not Concerned anymore. The shelf positions are Perfect. There is so much more room in the 36” Wide Jennair than in the 36” wide GE Cafe fridge.
For one shelf we only open up 1/2 the shelf and still have more room than we had w/ the GE
Plus the interior obsidian color is stunning. Love the ice dispenser. With the JennAir, much more of the cubes and crushed ice go into the cup instead of on the floor.

Pretty fridge but not worth the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is pretty to look at esp the interior lighting but at this price point, would expect better build quality! For example, the freezer is too dark, top freezer shelf isn’t practical, fridge shelves don’t offer enough adjustment options and surprisingly, this model lacks a display for the interior temps- only display is to set temps, only way to know actual temp is to buy your own thermometer. And the fridge temp settings don’t always hold where you set them. Overall, a disappointment and would not recommend. Already needed a service call within the first week because interior temp rose to 45 while set @ 36.

I like the fact that the shelves extend from one side of refrigerator to the other. Roomy refrigerator and freezer compartments. I like the easy close drawers and roll out shelf in refrigerator. Ice maker and water work fine. The first refrigerator came with a defective ice maker that leaked inside refrigerator. The entire unit was replaced after speaking to Jenn-Air customer service. New unit is beautiful inside and out and working great. Love the obsidian interior and led lights.

Good looking but noisy fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the unit for about a month, and is very spacious for a counter-depth fridge. It's also nice interior, with well spaced shelves and drawers. The LED lights are a real nice touch.
The biggest problem is the linear variable compressor...it's always 'on' and provides quite a bit of back ground noise. There is the normal noises; ice maker, etc. However, the constant buzz from this compresssor is louder then our 15 year old, 1/3 price fridge.
For the price of this fridge I would expect whisper quiet.

Nice Quality Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wife and I love the fridge. The black accents and cinematic lighting inside help make it look and feel luxurious. Plenty of space and shelving.
I have two dislikes/recommendations:
1) The drawers inside do not slide very smoothly (and sturdy on the slides) or as much as you would like when spending the money you are. I would recommend improving the sliders and how the drawers attach to the slides.
2) On the inside of the doors where the shelves are, there is glass in each shelf that’s loose inside its framing is the shelf. This results in the glass clinging against the frame more often than not. I would recommend possibly glueing these in the manufacturing process.

Gorgeous interior
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for about two weeks. We LOVE the dark interior, it's really nice. The water filter makes the water and ice taste good (much better than our last fridge). Disappointed in the space in the freezer, for the cost of the fridge. Thankfully we are only a 2 adult household, but when we have kids, we will need to add a fridge in the garage. Also disappointed that it is not fingerprint/ smudge proof, the fingerprints are driving me nuts, and it's something I completely overlooked.

Love my new Jennair refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a 2 week ago and so far I love it. It is elegant looking from the outside and I am so impressed how spacious the inside is. The veggie/fruit drawers are very deep that I don't need to put any of my fruit and veggies outside of the drawer. I can even put a large broccoli and romaine lettuce (that I get at the farmer market in. the drawer and it will still shut. The only issue I have is the ice cubes come out so fast that when I remove my glass still some come out (only 1 or 2).
