I bought these because they were JBL. Always a good brand name. The only problem I have with these is that they don't have their own volume control. Even on my phones lowest Bluetooth setting it's pretty loud. I need something to sleep with and these are way too loud for that.

I can hardly hear anything out of the left side ear bud. The right side is great and sounds awesome but the left side is almost so quiet that if there's any other noise going on, I can't hear what's being played through the ear bud.

I am disappointed about these ear buds. I love the sound! Great fit! Too bad it does not have volume control. They were working great for the first couple of days. Then today I was on a Telehealth conference call and they kept fading in and out. So I took the left one out put it in the case.

I enjoyed testing these earbuds with crisp sound and a nice level of bass.They are very comfortable and light-weightedThe charging case has led indicators which is very useful. The charger cable is a bit short in my opinion.

The sound and microphone quality is good. However there are some annoyances. My left ear has a smaller ear canal and the buds don't fit well. I really hate that as the headphone is discharging and in use it plays a really annoying sound. I really hate that and took 2 stars for that.

it's a very good product i have the experience of 1 year, it has very nice bass, nice beats and volume is great i had bought these for 4,800 but now the price has increased to 6,000 and i had taken these offline not online, honestly product is very good worth the price

As soon as I learned my husband washed these headphones not once but twice and dried them in the dryer once -AND THEY STILL WORKED- I knew I needed to write a review. Definitely recommend
