This was for my son who is left handed and just starting out in guitar. He loves his Jackson Dinky and it's a fine quality instrument at a very good price.

This guitar fantastic perfect neck for those who like a wide neck with good spacing between the strings. Sounds great comes packaged very well and on time or earlier. Definitely worth a heck of a lot more. But thats the perk of musicians friend. Mine came set up nicely.

Great guitar for a beginner of advanced straight out of the box. I love to modify my guitars so I installed some SD Blackouts and drilled and extra hole for a 2 volume, 1 tone, and 3 way toggle configuration. I also leveled, crowned and polished the frets.

This guitar is great for the price. The hardware is good and solid. The Floyd rose made by Jackson is great and stays in tune when using the whammy bar. I was expecting tuning problems but this guitar stays in tuned. The stocked pick ups are not bad at all, they really scream.

This is a great guitar for the money. Whether you're starting out, or adding this to your collection, it is a solid guitar. The maple neck and fretboard with the black inlays is beautiful. The arched body is very comfortable-not too heavy, not too light.

Been looking for another workhorse to go along with MIJ dk-2 guitars. This one is every bit as good. Pickups are bearcats made for jackson. Bridge-15.5 k Neck- 8.6 k. They are not duncans, but are suprisingly good. They sound decent, and offer a nice quack with neck pup reversed.

Its a cool guitar, just remember its entry level.Mine seems to have low electric noise coming from the tremlo bar with volume up, and some from the cable. When you grab the bar or just tap it I hear noise.

No real tone out of this thing. Very dead sounding. Neck is a bit wide for my tastes. They used too many pieces of mis-matched wood for the body and it looks like a butcher block table. Would have been nicer if they used two pieces of wood for the body.

So overall, I think this is a great shred-worthy guitar for the price, I'm impressed with the guitar as a whole both sonically and visually and would consider getting another one in the future to use in Eb. I've been playing for 3 and a half years and my rig is a , a and two strat copies.

Very good guitar with nice metal tone. Reliable, playable and fun. The scale length I nice with 10s tight tone. Low action if setup properly, its a speedy little thing, but in would love to get a higher end or a custom made one, it is not the best, but one of the best formats price range.

My first axe, and am well satisfied with it. Perfect for my style. Great looks, even greater action. Idol for live playing. It's a of course. I love almost everything about it. Losing it's color would be the only thing I'd hate.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with my Jackson Kelly. If your into the style shape, my opinion is this blows the out of the water in price, sound, fit and finish. and I'm sure are close in comparison as are the current 's. I think the just felt better.

It's a cheap guitar which I wanted for a specific purpose. I don't think it will ever be my primary instrument, though for a beginner it's a much better choice than your typical ripoff (but that's just my personal opinion). I've been playing for about 11 years, starting when I was 20.

Kelly is a good match for metal and all the variants, what is the thing I usually play. I like to use it with my amplifier - which is a - that is equipped with 3 "magic" buttons: stompboxes, effects & amp. Each of them has a variety of options that you can combine the way you want.

I play technical death metal, deathcore, melodic death metal, and more. The look of this instrument alone suits this and the sound ties it all up. I've been playing for about two years self taught (I'm really quite a natural at it).

For my style of music it's a good match but then again why would someone who wanted to play blues buy a , this guitar is made for heavier genres. I have been playing guitar for somewhere around 3 years and I have owned this guitar for 1, 5 years.
