I am so happy with this wall oven. I love the fact that the door opens from left to right. I am short and it was always so difficult for me to take large items out of the oven with the door that opened from the top. This oven heats up so fast. I believe it is the best wall oven I have ever had.

Product looks great and has many features. It is not intuitive though, so the manual is required. And the fan is quite squeaky and noisy when it is running.

My model is a 2018 HCW225LAES. I would give this 5 stars but the oven turns off with no timer set. I cannot deactivate the automatic shut off on this model.
The side door is the safe way to bake! No more stretching to take your baked food out of the oven.
I like the appearance of my new wall oven, but the setting icons are difficult to see; no backlighting. The door is hard to open and shut and even though when using the European Convection feature, the users manual says no preheating is necessary, I've found that my food is undercooked if I don't...
I installed this oven about a month ago and has performed well so far. Time will tell as to how it holds up long term. The side swing door is perfect. Looks great too.
Heats fast and accurate. Easy to install. Pulled out the dishwasher and installed the oven. added a shelf for it to sit on and installed a drawer under it to hold shelves
