HP 8025e printer is NOT constructed very soundly - both paper input tray and output tray are NOT well engineered. Both trays DO NOT slide in and out smoothly. Both trays are VERY WOBBLY! I would expect those two trays that are used the most often would operate without sticking and jamming.

The setup was not easy. The ink cartridges have a plastic tab that you have to break off, and that is not easy to do either, and you have to be very cautious with the car after opening. I liked my old HP 8610 much better, and I hope this new HP last as long as it did.

In the three weeks I have had this printer, I have found it disappointing. The controls are small and a bit awkward to use, and the power cord does not fit securely into the machine. The power cord periodically falls down, keeping the printer from operating. This is an issue I am taking up with HP.

I love that it does double sided printing, but it’s only if your printing from your computer/ laptop or phone. As for front to back copies… not so much. The page comes out before you can flip it over… and the door to get to the ink opens way to easily. So if your going to touch it the door drops.

Very nice printing. We get faxes for RX renewals. We print flow sheets and data sheets for patient. Recommended you get 916xl for printing. Smaller ones do not last very long. Also the paper tray is smaller than I would like.

This printer is incredible for home or small office. Is easy to set up 100% wireless. Amazing features automatic double sided printing, Individual ink cartridges, (important if you logo is a strong primary color). It also has fast high quality scanning/copying with settings for photo's or documents.

My previous HP was older and I needed a new one. Love the small display screen, as well as where the dessert tray is located. My printer is on a book shelf so with the paper tray at the bottom/front makes it much more convenient than the previous where it was in the back.

It was a little difficult to set up. Had to call HP support to get help to finish getting it set up. It does everything I need it to do. Was looking at a less expensive model but needed the top loader so I went with this one. Spent more than I wanted to but I am overall satisfied with this printer.

Although the set up was a bit of a hassle with the downloading of apps, registering software, and updating the printer, it's a great printer and would highly recommend.
