HP 8025e printer is NOT constructed very soundly - both paper input tray and output tray are NOT well engineered. Both trays DO NOT slide in and out smoothly. Both trays are VERY WOBBLY! I would expect those two trays that are used the most often would operate without sticking and jamming.
Wonderful printer. An automatic document feeder in a very small compact printer. This printer does is all from the automatic document feeder , wireless printing, fax, copy, scan. All features that are needed in a home office, that does not take up a lot of space. Great machine.
The setup was not easy. The ink cartridges have a plastic tab that you have to break off, and that is not easy to do either, and you have to be very cautious with the car after opening. I liked my old HP 8610 much better, and I hope this new HP last as long as it did.
- I would strongly recommend

- fast- duplex printing- easy to install
I like the printer but not to crazy about the tray after printout. I would prefer a tray that is longer and flat. I print out a lot of files and the paperwork piles up on the lip.
Love my new Officejet Pro. The last one we had lasted for about 5 years, never had any problems until recently when the print head broke. The price is very reasonable and I love the top feeder for scanning documents. It was very easy to set up and the 6 months of HP instant ink is a bonus!
My previous HP was older and I needed a new one. Love the small display screen, as well as where the dessert tray is located. My printer is on a book shelf so with the paper tray at the bottom/front makes it much more convenient than the previous where it was in the back.
Very please with my purchase so far. It has everything in a compact size.
Although I appreciate the upgrade in technology since my last HP printer purchase, I found the initial printer hookup to my internet and ne HP computer more difficult and less user friendly. I hope this is something you work to improve in the future.
Printer advertises easy instillation with 123HP. Was not that easy. Computer said printer was ready but printer said to finish instillation. Chat was no help. Family member finially was able to help walk me through. Still can't print from phone or tablet.
