The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw can be a good fit as a personal printer in any size office.

Small. Low price. Wired and Wi-Fi network connections. Supports both Wi-Fi- and cloud-based mobile printing.
-
-
Low paper capacity. No duplexer, even as an option. High cost per page.
Add it all together, and the M177fw can be a good pick for low-volume printing if you have a constrained budget. But if you plan to print more than 100 or so color pages a month, you should strongly consider purchasing a more expensive model with a lower cost per page, such as one of the costlier...

Excellent print quality, Wi-Fi connectivity, Color touch screen, Built-in ADF, EPrint and AirPrint support

Higher-than-average per-page costs, Relatively slow print speeds, Limited paper capacity, Scanning must be initiated from PC
I purchased this model two weeks ago. It scans documents in sideways. I have tried several different paper types to scan. Also the double sided printing you have to manually put paper in tray to print double sided. I would not recommend this product for large amount of printing.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this product. We bought 2 for office use. One broke within 24 hours. It stopped printing, would not show up in windows, would not rotate cartridges, showed there was a jam when there was no jam. RMAed the unit.

Seemed like a good price.

Slow, puts some kind of dust into the air, difficult to replace cartridges, one broke within 24 hours, paper jams.
This is the slowest printer I've ever used. I printed 50 pages off and it took half of an hour to print. After that I printed two pages of labels and the previous text appeared on the next sheet as a light text through the original text of the second page. It's getting returned.
This is my second HP color laser printer. The first one (CP1215) lasted me several years and was actually still working when I donated it so I decided to stay with the HP brand. I needed scan and copy capability as well so I went with this model as an upgrade. So far I am very pleased.
Perfect for small office
