Easy to use. My only complaint is there were no clear instructions on how to set up & use. I am an older boomer and not very tech savvy. I needed clear instructions.Once a tech helped me via phone, it’s a great printer. However I had to figure out on my own how to operate it.

It was very easy to set up. Prints two sides automatically. Very nice low profile. It did come with ink, but didn't say so on the box, so now I have extra.

I purchased this printer with the intention of using it daily to print anywhere between 5-20 pages. In the few months that I've had it, I've had to replace the ink cartridges 3 times. It is horribly inefficient on ink usage. Let's talk about paper jams. The paper container holds about 24 pages.

The feeder tray on the top does not do double sided and that was the main reason I purchased it. Trying to set it up from an online app was difficult, and not user friendly at all. The lights on the front panel are faint and had to see. I doubt I would ever recommend this to anyone.

Prints beautifully right from the start. I don't have to stand up to turn it on or off like my previous HP printer. Great features.

I've had my new printer for about 3 months, and it has exceeded all my expectations. Mostly, it is simple to use (important for a not-very-hi-tech person). The print quality is very clean and clear. I expected it to be slower. And, I like how it keeps track of how much I'm printing.

It is nice to have updated equipment.Gave Four star because I did not think much of the written user guide (None!). Only a quick set up paper. Sure a person can go online I suppose and try to find a user guide. Has some light up buttons in the front that need explaining.

Just received my printer today and the installation was super easy and quick. Love that you can just print anything from your phone while you in the next room or downstairs. So happy.

There is no manual to show how to make copies. There are no buttons on the printer. It wants you to do everything from your computer. Set up is difficult. I still have an error message on the printer but no explanation for what it is for. Not user friendly for set up.
