It’s a nice light weight laptop. Using It as just a little home working laptop. So far it’s great and fast. I don’t plan to put a lot on It so I’m not too worried about the storage and I can always save on USB’s if It becomes a problem. But this was good price for this laptop.

If you’re wanting this for simple browsing, you should be okay, but I thought I could use this for school and I had 3 tabs open, plus word and the whole computer froze. It runs very slowly. The computer is lightweight, because it feels like cheap plastic.

I purchased 2 laptops. 1 after a week the lettering of the apps on the screen was blurred. The other was fine. The camera quality is not the best. Very light weight and looks nice. Simple and good for the price.

Had a little trouble with windows in S mode and installing an external drive with a litle help from HP and Microsoft it is ALL good now .

This laptop PC is light weight and easy to operate. I immediately changed the operating system from Windows 10 S, to the regular version of Windows 10. Had to download and install several system updates. So the first day of use was basically getting it up to speed.

I especially like the size, I was worried it might be too small. Compared to my last HP it's much lighter and the smaller screen is no problem for me. The one year subscription of Microsoft 365 is a definite plus.

  It has no camera, & it's not touchscreen. Honesty I feel backward using it. It's has very limited options of operations.

The touchpad doesn't work as it should. It is too sebsive, even when adjusted. Often I tiuch it and it does things I don't want it to, like enlarging an image or grabbing things on the screen. Also the screen has blacked out a couple times.

Looks great. Lightweight. Function however, left a lot to be desired. This unit would be good for someone who does basic computing, email, web browsing. If you want to play games or do more complex features this is not for you. Pay attention to the processor speed. I missed that when ordering.

It can be slow at times. I use mine for college work only, and it works great most of the time! However, when you’re running a proctored exam it will mess up a little bit. Besides that mine hasn’t given me any troubles, and I’m about to go into year 3 with this laptop.
