Garmin zumo 595LM GPS System

This is a whole new ballgame from the 660 and I'm having to learn all over! So far it's been a little challenging but starting to get the hang of it and think that without too much more effort I'll be in the "love it" mood!

This by far and away crushes any other GPS I have ever owned. It hard mounts on my Motorcycle, connect by bluetooth to my helmet audio, I can sync it with my phone for weather and traffic and it is waterproof.

Product is rugged, mount and wiring easy to install, problem is device will not hold a charge, battery goes flat within minutes. Working with Garmin to resolve, they are responsive.

Love this thing. Tells you about curves in the road, speed limits, names of roads coming up. Now if it only told me the weather would love it more.

I can see it in the sun. I can read the text. I like the Bluetooth for connecting to headphones. I don't like the battery life, very short. I don't like the access to the micro USB card slot. I don't like the confusing Garmin software. I don't like the price. But, I would still buy it.

I use this on my BMW MC. It integrates well with my intercom, cellphone and music. Very versatile as it seems to be able to link with just about everything that I use when I'm riding. Oh yeah, it also is a great and accurate GPS!

This Zumo is terrible to the point of being unusable. I want to return it. The features are great, however that doesn't matter if you can't see the screen. I had an earlier version Zumo and it was great that is why I purchased this one - supposedly Top of the Line - L0L!

For the price, it's ok. It should come with a proper key lock. Of all the gps units I looked at, this was the most expensive. The only part which makes it better than my phone for gps is the waterproof feature. I can use downloaded maps on my phone also.

just got hooked up aug 2 2019 apparently past the return date paid 899.00 i cant get it brite enough to be able to see it hardly at all

The brightness cannot be made brighter beyond preset max and sound volume is supposed to be automatic! What! Route planning and hazzard warnings are a little hit-and-miss. I was very disappointed with the 595 and sent it back!
