the product description is what it claims to be and more. Large screen easy to read in the sunlight without issue. It can be also worn as an everyday watch too. the one thing I haven't figured out is that I receive notifications but they aren't on my phone to look at, other than that it a great gps...

I have had other Garmin golf watches in the past and this one is the best by far! It works as a smart watch and tracks activity as well as works with the Garmin Sensors. The GPS has been great and hasn't had any problems even on a cloudy day. No problems finding a course yet either. Love it!

We are getting used to each other. I have used the thing for three rounds. The last round I would not stay on the hole or course. I had to keep resetting it, but I think the course I was playing had been rearranged.I am learning. More about it online and will master it.

I replaced my Garmin X40 with this S40. The display is easy to read in bright sunlight. The battery lasts easily two rounds. Automatic shot detection works better than on the X40. What I don't like: - proprietary USB connector - no pulse monitoring (the X40 did that)

This gps watch is very good. It doesn’t take very long to acquire satellites and easily changes to other holes if you are playing at an outing starting at a hole other than number one. It has many more features than I need.

I can't hardly described how pleasantly surprised I was with how AWESOME this is! I've been using a really great mobile app (TheGrint) which I love, but was curious about how this watch might do things passively that I have to enter in a mobile app (like FIR, shot distance).

I’m extremely happy with this golf watch! Very lightweight and very comfortable! Easy to use and pulls up my course right away - even advances to the correct hole where my old golf watch always got stuck and I had to manually advance it! Lots of other great features too.

My handicap is 23. Find this very helpful. When golfing with others we come up with different distances. I still go with what I get. Being able to move the flag is cool. Love the hazard distance with the other layup info. Seeing my shots on my phone is great.

I love that this Golf GPS Watch has all the different features with it in that it will keep up with my steps and exercise for the day, it will keep up with my sleep patterns. Also, I can enter my weight each day, week or month, however I want to do it. Most of all I love it for my golf GPS.

I have been using it as a watch because it is to snowy to play golf, so haven't played any golf yet with it. One think I like is you tap on the screen and the clock lights up so you can see the time at night, that a nice feature.
