GE Profile PP9030SJSS 30 Inch Electric Smoothtop Cooktop

Only had this a week. Replaced another GE cooktop that failed after 7 years. Pretty hard to keep the cooktop clean. Easy to wipe off but really streaky. I was used to keeping the other cooktop clean so hopefully once I use this more it will quit streaking. Thought maybe there might be a film on it.

The only negative I have for this cooktop is the lack of brightness on the controls. You need to put a light onto the cooktop to see the burner placement and the settings. It seems he could have darkened the gray settings and burners as they have done in the past.

Very happy with this cooktop. Really needed a new one and it works very well. Appliances Connection provided a great experience. I like how the unit comes with 5 elements, and a keep warming option. Very convenient.

Works great! Cleans up easily. You do have to take some care/precautions though per the instructions. Concerns-accidental touches can turn on the burners. We lock them when not in use but the lock feature cannot be used when any of the burners are in use. Wish burners had individual locks.

This cooktop is not only beautiful, but the functions even better than expected. The cooktop heats up much faster than my old element cooktop and provide and even constant temperature when cooking. Cleans up nicely and no more drip pans to worry about. The surface is shiny and beautiful.

This cooktop heats quickly and easily, and (faint praise) it’s no harder than other similar cooktops to keep clean and shiny. The rapid boil function is impressive. What really won us over are the controls.

The elements heat up well and the controls are simple to use. This product is very comfortable and enjoyable to use. 5 stars

We have had this stove stop for about 2 years now and we have these two white spots on it. I have tried everything to remove them. Baking soda, special cleaning products, etc. You name it, I tried it and they're still there.

I’m very happy with this product. It provides excellent even heat for very controlled cooking. The size of the cooking surfaces is efficient and it’s very easy to clean. It does require a cooktop surface cleaner to get a nice polish shiney finish but this is also very easy to do.

Finding this here unit on the AC website was such a blessing. Easy to use and works like a charm
