Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

A real lemon.
I have had this refrigerator 3 months and GE still cannot fix the freezer so it does not frost up. When it does get frost it blocks the sensor so the alarm goes off and the light comes on all hours of the day and night because the computer thinks the freezer door is open . A repairman has been out 5 times and they still are waiting for parts to fix it and don't know when it will be fixed. They refuse to replace the refrigerator until the freezer door is replaced whenever that will be. I have lost all confidence in GE appliances even though I have several others that work just fine. This refrigerator is a true lemon, do not buy one!

Nice fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replaces a 26 year old fridge. The old fridge still worked, It was just time for a change. The old fridge was a side by side. Items are easier to organize because of the wider shelves. The center drawer is nice because I can set it to a lower temperature. Great for drinks and deli. The ice/water dispenser is also nice. My granddaughter uses the autofill feature to fill a glass without worrying about over filling.
So far, I’m really liking this new fridge.
If I had one complaint, it would be the WiFi feature. It’s pretty useless and not worth the extra cost.

Love the AutoFill!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator included everything I wanted: French doors, a drawer freezer on the bottom with a middle drawer between the fridge and the freezer. The light panel at the back of the fridge makes it so easy to see everything. One of my favorite parts is the AutoFill water dispenser! No matter the size of my glass, I can mash that AutoFill and it will fill my glass perfectly without me having to hold it against the water dispenser "bar".
Our last GE Profile refrigerator lasted over 28 years. It actually still works but we completely renovated our kitchen and wanted all matching appliances. :)

Handsome Fridge!
This fridge has a very handsome design. It looks really good in our kitchen. Capacity wise, it feels a little tighter than our outgoing side-by-side but it may just take a some time to adjust to it. The door-in-door feature is a lot more useful than expected. It lets us access a lot of the stuff we use most. We even moved the eggs down to the bottom shelf so we can reach in and grab them easily. Auto-fill is a neat feature. Useful if you have your hands full. Back light wall thing is really nice. Makes it feel really high-end. If you're looking at the Cafe model but don't think the copper trim matches your kitchen, check out this fridge. I think its just as nice.
Reasons for taking a star off:
1. Capacity -- We were expecting a major space upgrade over our old fridge but it wasn't the case.
2. The stainless steel they used on the doors feel like they are of a lighter gauge compared to our outgoing fridge. They did not have this specific model at the big-box stores - only the regular GE's. We were hoping that this was going to come with a heavier duty steel with it being a "Profile" model but it feels about the same.
Other notes to consider if you're looking at this fridge:
1. There were mentions of this fridge being loud in some of the reviews we found online BUT you can really only hear it hum when its trying getting itself back to whatever you set the temp to. That was the case when it was first plugged in and that was the case when we had the doors open for a prolonged period when we were rearranging things inside. Other than that, this fridge is quiet. And even the hum you hear when its setting the temperature is not that bad.
2. Speaking of plugging it in for the first time, we heard a tapping sound. Sorta sounded like a fan blade was hitting something. The installer gave us the option to take it back but we decided to keep it. It went away after a few minutes. I think it might have just been some lubrication needing time to redistribute. No more tapping sound.
3. The side of the fridge got noticeably warm at first start up. But that went away after it reached the set temp.
All-in-all, super happy with the fridge. It feels solid so far. We did opt for an extra year of warranty for some added peace of mind.

good fridge but….
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge with the exception of a couple of things: 1, the fans seemed to run quite a lot and 2, the noise of the fridge when the fans are running make it one of the noisiest appliances I have owned. I like the capacity, I like the look, I like the drawer that can customized albeit you can’t set the temperature as you like, they are simply presets. I just hope it doesn’t get noisier as I will be extremely upset since this was a pricey unit. per the delivery guys, these and other GE’s have had a lot of complaints on the noises.

GE Profile Refrigerator
Day 2 and we are happy with our new refrigerator. Especially love the back light in the fridge, center meat/deli draw, door in door access and swing out shelving. Find the produce drawers easy to remove and soft closing is very nice. Only negatives are first the saran wrapping they use for scratch protection is very difficult to remove from the seams and leaves shredded edges that are unsightly and difficult to get to. Other concern is there is a white sticky substance today leaking from the right bottom fridge door on to the top of the deli drawer. Not sure what it is, but may have to call for service if it persists.

Nice refrigerator but not worth the price!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the overall appearance but find it cumbersome with all the doors and the shelving that has split detailing that sometimes gives way when it isn't wanted. The lights to the icemaker cannot be turned off permanently. The installers didn't remove all the blue taping and sealed it to other parts of the refrigerator so that it cannot be fully removed and it looks tacky. The installers also did not level it when it was delivered. I'm still trying to adjust to a new frig but I'm not thrilled with it, too much room in the refrig and not enough room in the freezer.

Pretty good, but a couple of issues.
I am quite happy with the refrigerator. A couple of issues we have found: First, the glass shelves inside the refrigerator are not level. One side is slanted down towards the middle so they are not flush with each other. Also, the touch pad for water and ice and not very responsive. You have to really press or search a bit the sweet spot to get the to work. Lastly, the blue tape that covers the refrigerator for “its protection” is evil. It is applied before the fridge is fully put together, so it is stuck between pieces that you can’t take abet to get to. It was an absolute nightmare to remove. It took literally about 3 hours to get it off as much as possible. I am still able to see blue in certain spots. 😬
