Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Buy an old machine and save your money!
Where to even start. Some clothes aren't even wet at the end of a cycle, let alone clean. Then sometimes it fills all the way up to wash a handful of things, make it make sense! May as well not have an agitator because it doesn't do anything. If it isnt perfectly balanced it will clang around and error out without spinning. Had to study tutorials on how to load this thing and it still gets off balance. Hate this washer and wish I never purchased it. Doesn't save time or water like modern washers are advertised to do. I'll forever buy old/cheap machines from here on out because this new "technology" is crap. CRAP.

Frustrating
Washer is noisy. Lid lock very noisy. Takes a lot to set up settings. Agitator has loud odd sound. Went GE video to see if it was normal. Unfortunately it is. Feels like I need to babysit it to make sure clothes actually are pulled under water when using default settings. Low water (energy efficient)
setting often isn't enough to cover clothes. I've watched an entire wash cycle to see if a load of jeans were ever entirely submerged. It wasn't until I used deep fill that it did. I now use deep fill on every load. So much for being energy efficient.
Knew I wasn't buying high end appliances but even as average these are disappointing.

Water sensing is terrible!!!!! Don't buy!
Don't buy! Washer doesn't cover clothing with water! I had this brand bought new 8 years ago. I loved that washer but hate this new design with the water sensing! Not enough water to wash out soap residue! I tried soaking a load and looked in the washer during soak cycle and literally no water in the drum! So I tried to add water manually and it canceled the cycle and drained all my water I added manually and I was about to add water gallon #27 and my load still wasn't covered 😮💨 terrible terrible design with water sensing! GE get rid of that feature and put the water level selection option back in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good product
This is a beautiful and up to date washing machine. I love the fact that the lid is see through so you can see the clothes washing. Also that it has a pause feature so if your clothes are washing and you need to add something you can pause it and the lid will unlock. The only thing I do not like is the water level. The machine senses the clothes in there but I feel the water level is too low and not all the clothes are covered with water. You can add water with the deep fill feature but I have to call GE because my manual says that feature is disabled so I have to see if I can enable it somehow.

Major sense of regret
I've only had this washer for a month and am VERY unhappy with it. I read the little manual that came with it, so I feel like I'm choosing the right settings and all. It gets unbalanced even with small loads and my clothes come out a tangled, wrinkled mess with some dry spots and have stretched out my sleeves, etc. I had a service tech out today and he said it is performing like it should. That said, if this is the way it is supposed to perform while ruining my clothes, I am going to continue to regret my purchase. Worst washer I've ever had. The dryer isn't much better. Sheets come out a wrinkled mess.

Not doing as well as hoped
We are having to use the deep fill option more than I’d like. We have 2 dogs. Our sofa is covered with a flannel sheet and a plain cotton sheet. The sheets are changed
every 2 days. The flannel sheet gets put in the washer first. It has come out in f the washer with hair and muddy footprints - just like when I put it in. And the sheet is dry in those places that are still soiled. I shake out everything before washing. Always have. I have found if I don’t use deep fill the problem persists. We don’t have muddy footprints everyday but you can tell the sheets aren’t clean. Im not happy. It makes me worry what else is still dirty but just isn’t visible.

Difficult to use! Never enough water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is extremely difficult to use. There are a ridiculous number of settings and after researching them, watching videos, reading the manual, we still cannot figure out how to correctly use the "deep fill" option.
Even when "deep fill" is selected about 20% of the clothes remain outside of the water for the first part of the cycle. How are clothes getting clean when they aren't even exposed to the soap or water??!!
On some occasions the washer fills all the way to the top with water which is a ridiculous amount of gallons of wasted water!
I do like the large capacity.

Wish agitation was stronger & more water
Tub is huge- would be great for large families. Wish agitation was more powerful it only increases time and not more agitator power for dirtier clothes. Normal cycle will not allow additional water. I’m washing polos etc. on towels/sheets cycle so I can add more water. Water is left in detergent compartment too after cycle and could cause mold. Tangle control seems to work. Spin cycle is great - less dryer time.Haven’t used sanitize or bulky cycles yet. All cycles need a little more water - sometimes clothes on top aren’t getting wet on top while on wash cycle and I need to push them down in the water. I guess this is why the lid is see through. (Joking) Had 3 weeks still figuring it out.
