Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

So Far So Good
I’ve had this washer for one month. I chose this model because I wanted one with an agitator and it had good reviews. I’ve always had LG products but wanted to try another brand.
I had no colors preference but the blue was in stock and it is a nice change from boring white.
So far the only negative thing is…it is VERY noisy! There are so many clinks and clanks with each step in the cycle. Also the water coming out is also loud. It’s not a deal breaker, but it would be if the laundry room was near a bedroom.
It cleans well and usually on a much shorter timeframe than my LG. I also like the deep fill option because I feel the clothes just get cleaner with more water.

Love the wifi!
Just received it, but love it so far! Will come back and edit in a little while. I don't mind the sound one bit, but if your laundry space is in the middle of your living space, consider that both the washer and dryer in this set make a fair amount of noise. I think it's kind of unreasonable to expect a machine with such powerful settings to be silent, but if it really bothers you, maybe a different model is best for you. Overall, we love it and the wifi connectivity, while not necessary, is SO nice. I love being notified on my phone when a load is done, in case I have headphones in and can't hear the signal!

Whoever Designed this Machine Doesn't Do Laundry
I don't like that there isn't a Casual or Permanent Press cycle, which accounts for the majority of my clothes. The Normal cycle for colors defaults to warm and not cold water, which protects colors. I also don't like that the spin cycle is so aggressive everything is extremely wrinkled, even on the lowest setting. If the machine is set with almost no water to conserve energy, why wouldn't it be set to wash in cold water??? And, the Downloaded cycle is set for Active Wear. How many clothes are Active Wear versus Permanent Press?? I do like the large tub. Whoever designed this machine doesn't do laundry!

Washes Gently and Rinses so well
We had to replace out previous front loader that was a GE almost 24 years old. I never had issues with it except the mold growth. This one is a top loader, larger, many more cycles and has the mold protector plastic inside. The variety of cycles is generous and you can save your specific cycle for example for washing lingerie. My clothes are cleaner AND so well rinsed. What I noticed right away was how much softer my clothes are taking them out of the dryer. I have never used fabric softener so I was very pleased. The only drawback is that I can hear it downstairs when I am upstairs. Not a big bother for me but if you want a super quiet machine you may want to consider a pedestal.

Holy Cow, it's Loud!!
Only had washer a week, so this is just our initial reaction. This washer is incredibly loud and makes all types of mechanical noises throughout the cycle - much louder than any washer I've ever owned. All washers make sounds, but this is on a different level. Even the lid lock sounds like a mechanical staple gun. I think washing machines need to be more like dishwashers and engineered for the sound level. Laundry areas don't always have doors and many are adjacent to living areas. Wash performance seems fine, though water levels are much lower than my old machine. Perhaps that's a good thing.

We are still experimenting, but overall we like it
It is a little more noisy than we expected. I do wish there was better control of the water level. We tried following a utube tutorial as well as reading the manual regarding the deep fill feature. I'm not clear as to whether or not it is a feature of our model.I use the aromatic granules, but not sure which dispenser they would go in. Until I know for certain, I will just toss on top of the laundry. I guess this would apply to laundry soap sheets as well. We need to do a few more loads to become more familiar with the machine.

Nice washer with great features
I love the smart feature and how it connects to my SmartHQ app. I also love the way the dryer knows what the washer just completed and will automatically set the cycle for you. I don't find it noisy like some have stated. The capacity is great and while I'm still learning about the washer and all of it's capabilities, one thing I don't like is that it seems rather finicky about loads that are not in balance. I take care to ensure that clothes are loaded into the washer evenly and balanced. More than once I've heard the washer banging around and I have to pause and re-balance everything.

Amazing
Despite the washing machine being louder than the previous washer we had, it still cleans our clothes well. I love that it has the quick wash cycle so you can wash something in under 20 minutes. It’s nice to see the clothes through the door. The door doesn’t slam shut if you ever accidentally bump it, it slowly closes. I hope it’s a long lasting product. I plan to buy a dryer that either matches the washer or that looks similar.
