Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Wonderful product
Love it's size, comforters are no problem, the nice see through lid, the selection panel that lights up and can be changed but the turn know selects each wash it can be changed like I said. I really love it can be a deep fill like for comforters, rugs etc. but the performance will amaze you. The spin cycle all but drys the synthetic...lol. The one thing I dislike is there is no alert to when it is finished and the lights are all off. I will have to check to see if that can be changed...not for sure but I do not think so. But everything else so far just rocks!

Bad decision
This was the worse decision I've ever made. I had heard about all other products ie...Samsung, LG having issues so I decided that GE was going to be a solid purchase. It doesn't matter how you load your clothes in the washer. At some point during the wash/rinse cycle, it allows the clothes to clump to one side and puts the barrel out of balance. I can't even put a load in to wash and then decide to leave the house. Terrible design. I also have had the flex dispenser drawer break and it won't stay in position. I also think I have parts falling off because they have appeared out of no where on my floor but I can't find them in the diagrams.

Worst washing machine ever Ruins all clothes
This washing machine is absolutely awful. My husband bought it after our old one broke. I have not ruined a single piece of laundry in the 30 years I have been doing laundry. However it seems like every time I run this washing machine it destroys a piece of clothing. It shredded a pair of pants. I washed a load of towels and put bleach in the bleach dispenser. It didn't dispense until the next load which was colored clothing the entire load was ruined. It randomly changes the water setting after you set it to as hot as possible which makes colors run. If I keep doing laundry I won't have any clothes left. I absolutely despise this machine.

Great Features; Could Be Designed to be Quieter
I like the features and ability to thoroughly clean what's being washed. My only complaint is that this washer is significantly noisier than the old GE washer it replaced. One change I would suggest be made to the software would be to lock the lid at the beginning of the cycle and unlock it at the end of the cycle. Stop unlocking and re locking the lid mid cycle for no apparent reason. If the user wants to open the lid for some reason, press Start/Pause and the lid will unlock. No more click and bang of the lock solenoid throughout the cycle. Or consider a redesign that would silently lock and unlock the lid, perhaps motor driven vs. solenoid actuated.

A great washer!
Coming from a washing machine that always had issues with load balancing, I could not be happier with this machine. Heavy loads are well balanced and managed. There can be the occasional banging, but the machine seems to acknowledge this and adjusts the spinning to prevent future banging. Using the towels setting really helps. My only gripe was trying to connect it to the wifi using an android phone. The app would not show me my wireless networks. Switched over to an iPad and setup was easy. Love hearing notices on my Google home speakers notifying us when the washing machine has finished. Can't wait to get the matching dryer.

Noisy and not enough water to clean the clothes
The washer is much noisier overall than my previous one. Since my laundry room is inside the house, the “humm” transfers throughout the house . Definitely can’t throw a load in at night and go to bed!
My other complaint is that the water level sensor doesn't allow enough water in to clean the clothes unless you select the “bulky” cycle. Ive had to double wash loads due to this. I noticed several complaints about this online and have started to use a you tube hack of getting the clothes wet first then draining the tub and then starting a cycle to “fool” the machine into filling with more water. This seems pretty silly to me - is there a way to change the sensor?

Lid Hinge Design, a known defect
I purchased this product on March 18, 2024. Since then, I have had 4 lids replaced and the 5th is scheduled for next week. So far each one has lasted an average of 4.5 months! GE has ”graciously” extended my warranty twice but has declined to do so a third time since this is a “cosmetic” problem. This is crazy, the lid will not close, eventually it comes completely apart and it is NOT a cosmetic problem. Moreover, from all these reviews it is obvious that this has been a known problem, yet they refuse to make it right by their customers. I’ll be posting this elsewhere, so people know what they are getting into.

I like the glass door and deep drum.
It has good features from ge washers I have own in the past. I don't like how clothes get knotted up during wash cycle. Sometimes when spin cycle starts that drum tumps sides of metal frame. That happens for a few seconds before speed increases. I have stopped that cycle and move the clothes around.. several times I have checked if washer is unlevel. The washer is always level it's maybe a issue with this washer.i have called store I purchased from they said if I could return the washer I will would get a different model. The washer was doing this since a week after using it.i will try to get this exchange soon but it's 2 hours drive there.
