Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Overall 10/10 Appliance
Honestly this is the first dryer out of a dozen that stood out to me because of its sleek look and easy usability. As a teenager that requires at least 3 outfit changes a day and is as messy as a toddler, this dryer has made laundry so much easier for me to do myself. Compared to our last dryer this one is a lot quieter to so it doesn’t disturb the whole house when I’m doing a last minute load in the middle of the night, and it perfectly dries and fluffs my clothes for the perfect no wrinkle fold. Overall as a college student, athlete, and full time fashionista I would definitely recommend this dryer to anyone in the market because it certainly has my stamp of approval

Very disappointed
After using our new dryer the first time we found water coming out on the floor. After pulling out the dryer my husband saw that the plastic steam connector was broken. Of course it was 48 hours after purchase which means they don’t replace the dryer but we’re told to call warranty people. It took one week for the repairman to come out to address the problem. It’s two weeks now waiting for repairman with new parts. After buying the best washer and dryer and having this problem is maddening. The washer and dryer are both loud and when the washer changes cycles it makes a loud noise. Only way to use the dryer currently with the steam hose disconnected.

Only 3 in our Household and in 18 months no Heat!!
18 Months old and stopped drying. I have tested the plug, the outlet and my Breaker Box all of which show the correct voltage. The only thing it can be now is the Dryer itself which I am assuming is the Heating Element. My wife and I are extremely upset as we believe in the GE product line. There is only 3 of us in our household, So, we do not have a large wash load and for it to go out in just 18 months is very frustrating to say the least. We are so frustrated we are possibly looking into contacting a family member who works for a primetime news station on shedding a little exposure on this situation, possibly helping others of which appears to have the same issue on here. Very disappointing.

Defaults to high heat every time
Appliances are loaded with options touting energy efficiency, but yet the new GE Profile dryer defaults to high heat every time I put a load in. This is frustrating because I never use high heat and am forced to play with multiple choices every time I put another load of clothes in the dryer. We need to go back to a simpler style without so many decisions to make, and get rid of those awful touch pad buttons that fail quickly and are extremely expensive to replace. Another problem I've encountered is the very flimsy and sharp edges on the lint filter. No only is it difficult to pull out and put in, but edges are sharp and can cut you it you aren't careful.

Thumbs Down on the dryer
The dyer gets too hot on top in the towel/sheet drying setting. The lint trap is thin and when pulled out it's not easy to put back in. The inner light is positioned in a way that it makes it difficult to see inside of the dryer. I don't like that the heat settings are marked as dashes and not cool, low heat, med heat, hot, etc... It's hard to control the heat and time settings. It is not user friendly. My Samsung dryer was much better. The only reason I purchased the GE dryer was because I wanted a matching set. I had to replace my washing machine so I replaced my dryer as well. Very displeased the GE dryer.

Great Dryer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed using this dryer so far. I am able to dry large loads, which is very convenient with a bigger family. The dryer has various settings and I really like that I am able to choose the time option when I want to create a more personalized drying setting. This dryer also has a steam option. I can fluff up and de-wrinkle clothing which cuts back on ironing! I love being able to connect this dryer to the GE app and get notifications on when the load is about to end and when it does end. This makes it so convenient to remember to get the clothes out of the dryer so they don’t sit. This is a great product!

Looks good. Not very great.
We purchased this dryer back in April of 2024 (less than a year ago). It has very inconsistent drying and you have to run almost everything twice unless you use high heat. It also has caught the drawstring of many expensive pairs of workout pants in between the barrel and the dryer. it will twist and tear your clothes, it has ruined about $500 worth of clothing for myself. Only dryer I’ve ever experienced this issue with. Disappointed since I’ve heard really good reviews about GE and switched from Samsung because of it and this is the experience I get.

Typical modern product
When I decide to buy something I may look at style or features but usually I want it to be what it is intended to do. In this case I bought a clothes dryer. When I put my clothes in I want them to come out dry. I have found that your settings are not my settings are. I’ve had to try every setting and function to get my clothes to dry the way I would expect your product to produce. With that being said there are to many options on everything made today. You can come up with all types of excuses to justify your features and your prices but it’s a dryer and I would love to hit the button and have dry clothes without having to figure out which setting would complete that task. Thanks
