Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Quiet, easy operation
We chose this induction cooktop for its large coil layout with the easily selectable power level dials. The dials allow to swipe between power levels instantly. We had never used induction before and were nervous about the noises induction tops can make.we are very pleased with the induction buzzing noise, it's not annoying in tone or volume using our cookware. The cooktop fan is the loudest part of the cooktop, but is onky activated when many coils are being used at once. Again, the fan noise isn't overly obtrusive. Performance is as you'd expect for an induction- quick and responsive heat transfer. Been using the hob for a couple months now with no regrets!

We like it.
The cooktop does exactly what we thought it would. The cooling fans are quiet, which is very pleasing. Pressure cooker is easy, where with gas it was tricky. Even heat to the griddle spanning two burners is yet to be fully sorted. Terrific to have the option to use Plus/Minus or touching the Dial to set the heat.
Cleaning is easy, since the surface never gets very hot. However, cleaning is nearly constant because anything and everything shows.
The biggest adjustment is to the changed nature of the cooking. No more instant drama and heat from a high flame. No more leaning down to peek at how low the simmer is. “Trusting the Instruments” will take some time.

Disappointing
I purchased this cooktop instead of another cooktop that cost half as much. Sadly, I made the wrong choice.
The controls are slow to respond. To turn on a burner, one presses and holds the "on" button and then has to wait a second for the cooktop to make its sounds and do it's LED dance. This is a second that I could be setting the temperature. Compared to just turning a knob, this is slow and interrupts my "flow" when I'm working on a complex meal.
The cooktop is unforgiving about pot/pan size. This means only certain pots/pans can be used on certain burners and my smallest (Circulon induction compatible) pot does not work on any of the burners. Most other cooktops in this price range will "size" the burner to the pot/pan. Sigh.
The cooktop makes a lot of unexpected noises. Yes, I knew about the "buzzing" that the cooktop would make. This one also makes clicking and snapping and popping sounds. Yikes!
The WiFi capability is useless. The app requires all kinds of personal information (why does it need my location?!? My phone number?!?!) in order to do nearly nothing. Yes, it will display that a burner is on. I don't need an app for that. Compared to the Anova app, the GE app is pointless.
The cooktop feels like an unfinished product, which is surprising given my prior experience with GE products. I don't appreciate being a beta tester for a product that cost twice as much as the other unit I was considering.

Fastest cooking ever!
The induction stove works very well and I love the lock the controls feature when all burners are off which makes cleaning a breeze. I am still getting used to the touch controls a little because sometimes it feels like they don’t respond to your touch either with too much or too little pressure. In the whole though cooking is very fast and efficient. The exclusive whole-clad cookware works with this cooktop best as opposed to cookware that has the induction bottoms alone. I see that heating is not as fast and even with those induction bottom ones. Also a word of caution to always start with medium or intermediate heat and then increase to the maximum since these stoves can get things burning hot in minutes! Also super easy to clean!! Love the cooktop on the whole, would definitely recommend it!

Happy with induction!
Like have the five burners, and the different sizes. Controls just take a little getting used to, especially if not accustomed to an electric stovetop. High settings boil water very quickly, which benefits on those nights making pasta! Surface cleans up easily. I use the Ceramic Bright product once a week and helps to maintain easy cleanup.
Timer is conveniently placed, but I always struggle to find the exact finger placement to activate, and this is why I gave a 4 and not a 5.
Nice in the summer versus a gas stovetop, which really heats up the kitchen.

Skeptical, but I like it
It’s been a month since install, and so far, I’m loving it! During the 6 weeks without a cooktop during our remodel, I realized how much of my meal prep is on this appliance. We switched to this after 15 years with a gas cooktop. I was a bit nervous, but we went for it. So far, so good. The only pan I had to replace was a cheap non-stick frying pan, as all the others are stainless steel. I’d heard about the fast boiling water - it’s true. Without a lid on the pot (so I could watch it), 8 cups of cold water were at a big bubbling boil in 8 minutes at about 3/4 power! In a nutshell, it’s an electric cooktop that cooks like a gas one. The clicking noise while it’s on medium-high is taking some getting used to, but t doesn’t other me. One major thing to note - if you have a family member or friend with a pace maker, they can not be near the appliance while it’s on.

Awesome when paired with Chef Connect Range Hood
Looks great. Induction works really well and heats up quickly without letting the pans overheat. The safety features for auto shutoff are a nice touch and I absolutely love being able to use the ChefConnect on my GE Range Hood to turn on the lights and fan automatically and shut off after a delay once the cooktop is off. It cleans up very easily. The configuration is nicely spread out with the large central burner towards the center back so that a range hood can properly vent when boiling. Contractor did installation, didn't seem to be any issues.

Great product - wifi & app needs work
Love the product. Hate the app. Stovetop works well but the app is totally pointless.
