Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

It’s nice and quiet. REQUIRES SPECIAL SOCKET
This unit is very powerful, and hence it requires a 20 amp breaker, at least 12 gauge wire, and a special outlet. I fortunately could install an outlet myself, but if you don’t have one by your window this larger model is useless to you. At the time of purchase the web page here said it needed a parallel NEMA 5-15 plug and fortunately it was later updated. If you see answers in the Q & A section saying 15 amp they are wrong. The cord for the unit itself has 12 gauge wire in it. I haven’t installed yet but did remove from the box to test and was pleased with how quiet it was (without even having the compressor side outside of the house).

Vibrations make this unbearable and poor cooling
We can only use this unit when we aren’t in the room because the vibrations are so awful. Can’t sleep with this thing on anything other than fan mode. The cooling is also pretty weak our older unit cools much more efficiently. We bought the new one because it was supposed to be quieter - so sad we already got rid of the older unit already. Instead this unit seems to keep getting louder and louder. Oh and we paid for the Wi-Fi enabled unit but the unit we received has not way to set up the Wi-Fi connections - which per other reviews is common. Regret this decision and won’t buy another GE air conditioner again.

Wonderful AC nearly silent in operation.
Wonderfully quiet! Just plain wonderful air conditioner, and in nearly all aspects the design and execution are great. But there is room for improvement on a few items and the instruction manual has some glaring flaws which could lead to installation problems. 1. parts illustration is not labelled clearly!!! 2. Illustrations for the location of various foam strips is not good. 3. The inner water filter grab "handle" is ineffective. A plastic "eye" would be more easily accessible. 4. Despite general stabilty of unit once set in place, 4 anchor points or brackets would prevent accidental tipping and or facilitate the leveling process (and set it as well)

Unit does not cool. and it randomly turns off and
I had bought an 8,300BTU unit, it worked fine but it was not enough for my room, so I changed it for this 12000BTU unit, this unit just arrived today, I installed it in the window correctly, it does not cool anything, in fact it cools less than the one I had I previously had 8300BUT. It turns off from time to time, makes a strange noise, it lasts 3 minutes like this and then turns on again, the temperature is not displayed correctly in the mobile app. In Cool and Fan high mode it cools even less than when it is in energy saving, it is crazy because it should be the other way around. I called several support numbers, nobody knows anything or gives me any solution, they just tell me the same thing that the manual says, which I have read 10 times and I already know everything it says. Don't buy this, customer service serves less than their products.

Clearview 12,000 AC unit
I was hesitant on purchasing this unit due to the reviews of not having the right plug. It fits a standard outlet- no issues at all. It was very easy to install. You do need 2 people to lift it into the window, but after that adding the foam was quick and there is no need for that 2nd person. It definitely is quieter than other window units, but I wouldn't say its "quiet." I'm glad I purchased it instead of a regular window unit - not as bulky and doesn't take up the whole window like regular units and its not as loud as others either.

Very good unit and good bang for the buck
The unit is very quiet and very efficient. The installation into the window was a little bit difficult due to not having good wedges included for my setup. The compressor occasionally makes the entire house vibrate as it turns on but then Smooths out. The filter can be a bit of a challenge to get to to change out or clean. The cooling is excellent and the airflow is very good as well. The Wi-Fi controls work very well through the app and the energy usage insights are wonderful though I don't know how accurate they are. The adjustable depth on it is great in the event that you have a thicker exterior wall

So cool...no pun intended
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review from influencer. I love this air conditioner. We are a connected house, so I love that this works with wifi and alexa. It's neat. The unit is quiet but provides a small background noise that i enjoy. The unit works well to cool our bedroom, which is the farthest away from the furnace, than any other room in the house, so it doesn't cool or heat well. It was easy to install. I like that it doesn't obstruct most of the view from the window like most window units. Definitely recommend this product.

Horrible experience. Broke under 2 months
Horrible experience. Bought in March, installed in May, First used in June & half of July.
Total unit needs to be replaced because compressor lost freon [garbage unit].
In addition until is noisy & vibrates excessively as others have flagged in their reviews.
Now I am stuck with no AC for the summer as replacement unit will not be available to ship until Sept 17, 2024 !!!
