Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Oven looks great
The oven temperature is way off. I read the instruction in the manual and they were incorrect. I called GE tech support and the woman was very nice however, she even said that the manual was written incorrectly. She had to call someone to figure out the right sequence of buttons to push to get to the menu to calibrate the oven. It has been two days of trying to get it correct with no luck. The buzzer goes off way before the oven is even close to being at the set temperature however, there are no instructions on how to fix that. Extremely frustrated right now.

Love the features!
I am really enjoying my new stove. I wanted a griddle and a double oven. I love to cook, but was concerned about being able to fit a turkey or a large roast in the larger oven, but there is plenty of room. The top oven does not have a broil setting, but it is not a big deal. I have used the griddle for pancakes so far and they were perfect. I made cookies last night in half the time by using both ovens at the same time, while I was making soup on the cook top. I am looking forward to using the oven for Thanksgiving and being able to cook several things at the same time.

Knobs are plastic, not stainless steel!
KNOBS ARE PLASTIC! Still working on solution with GE after 5 months.
I purchased the PGB965YPFS range for hundreds of dollars over the similar model because I wanted the "Stainless Steel Weighted" knobs, per their website description and not "stainless steel appearance" (Plastic). Since July 2022, I tried working with the representative, mailed a letter to GE and finally called GE after no response. GE sent me replacement knobs a few days ago (Part # WB03X24988 and although the package states, "Stainless Steel", they are clearly plastic! I am working with GE to escalate this matter, but it feels like switch and bait to me, buyer beware!

Continuous Problems
I've had my range for 3 years and have had it repaired twice, and waiting for the part to come in for the 3rd repair. After only 3 weeks, the igniter in the top oven needed to be replaced. I waited over a month for the part to be received. Now I am having issues with the top oven leaking gas after being turned off. We already had the shut off valve replaced once, and are currently waiting for the second replacement. We are hoping this one works, or we will have to figure out what to do with this faulty appliance since GE doesn't stand behind their products.

Great features
Beautiful appliance! Many features that will eliminated several small appliances I Had to download the manual to learn how to operate many of the special features, which are great! However I have found the griddle is not as easy to clean as it could be . Just a small amount of cheese requires much elbow grease to remove. Oven grates slide in and out very easily. My Caphalon cookware makes screeching noise over the stovetop grates when moving pots around, but I will live with this. Upper oven space is large enough for casserole dish to fit. Overall this oven cooks quicker, easier to clean & looks beautiful! I am very pleased with this oven.

Love this range!
I wanted a five-burner stove with a double oven. This gas range far exceeds my expectations. Both ovens are a nice size. The high output burners are great, and the WiFi is a bonus feature for me that I wasn’t looking for but use often. It is so convenient to not have to go into the kitchen to preheat the oven if I am busy in another room, and setting the timer to turn off the oven at a designated time is just what I needed. Often times in the past I would take something out of the oven to check it and find it is done and forget to turn off the oven until after dinner when cleaning up. No more! I am very happy with this gas range and highly recommend it.

Works great, but consider the extra features
Works well. Maybe sometimes too well. The 3 or 4 setting on these burners are about the same as 7 or 8 on my old range. Although I should have realized that would be the case when I saw the BTU output of them. I wish there were some kind of cover included that could cover the cast iron griddle so I didn't need to clean and reason it so often even when not using it, and or so I wouldn't need to take it off and on the range to keep it clean otherwise. A lot of extra "smart" features I have no interest in ever using and feel like I was forced to pay for, because the version of the oven without the smart features had "weaker" burners I wasn't interested in.

Easiest cooktop I’ve ever cleaned in my life!
I’ve lived in 6 apartments and homes and cleaned houses for a living while in college and graduate school. We just purchased this model after owning the previously released model for several years. The ease with which I can clean this cooktop is unparalleled and it remains looking brand new with what amounts to very little effort as far as stovetop cleaning goes, including the grates. With the new model I notice a big improvement in the interchangeable center burner grill/skillet and I’m so pleased! It’s now made with sturdy cast-iron and it considerably bigger to accommodate larger batches.
