Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

not happy
had to get another one delivered due to spinning issues , cannot add any articles of clothing if you forget something after the cycle starts or water comes out of the machine ,I always was able with my Kenmore front loader and sometimes the softener comes out of the hole in the seal before you shut the drawer even though it is not at the MAX level, the seal is extremely hard to completely dry out after use I always leave my door open to prevent odors and I do the venting option once a month but this can run almost 8 hours spinning which adds wear and tear to the machine not happy with this machine but am stuck with it now

DO NOT PURCHASE!! BUYER BEWARE!!
We had this washer for 1 1/2 years. The limited warranty last for a year for a reason cause that’s how long it lasted! Luckily we bought as extended warranty with Allstate. One day it just stopped spinning. Allstate replaced motor, belt and now the inverter board. We were told the issues with the washer are beyond repair. So they will either replace it with the same junk or pay us out. We have been without a washer for 3 weeks as a family of 4 with kids in sports! Of course we have the dryer to match which is the carbon black color so we are limited. We paid over 3k for this washer and dryer combo!! NEVER AGAIN!! Don’t waste your money!!

Save Yourself the Money & Headache- DONT BUY!
We purchased this washer & dryer set about 2yrs ago & I would not buy it again. The washer will start the load, the drum will fill with water & then the machine will read ‘END’ with the bottom of the drum filled with water. I would not recommend this set to anyone. There’s zero reason a 2yr old washer should need a brand new inverter board & motor! Anytime an appliance goes out it’s an inconvenience for the owner but especially when you have a very large family to take care of. This is the 2nd GE product (fridge & washer) from this particular order that’s gone to crap & has to be repaired or replaced. We will NOT be buying GE anything moving forward that’s for sure!

Great Washer but no clear enough on features
We love the washer, so far everything is great about it. Our only complaint is about some the features. When sold to us, we noticed a few features in detail, mainly the one stop wash and dryer function. This function is great if you have a lot of time. We were led to believe that it was a quick function, specifically the dry portion. This takes hours! which is crazy to advertise as a one stop wash and dry feature. It would be way faster for us to do a quick wash and then throw it in our dryer. However, if you have something that you dont need right away, you could throw it in right before bed and it might be fully dry by morning.

Junk
Junk. One month to the day after the warranty expires it stopped working. Replaced the pump and work for about another month then the door lock jammed. Replace the lock. The next thing that went out was the control board. My biggest regret is buying the matching dryer one month before the warranty went out…now it is a ticking time bomb. I guess I will get a different brand now and wait for the dryer to fry next year when its warranty goes out. I’ve never written a bad review for an appliance in my life and I’ve had some stinkers. Guess there is a first time for everything.

Easy to use and handles large loads
I love the features of this washer. It's easy to use, has many wash cycle options and the large bin is great when I have large loads of wash to do. Previous to purchasing this GE Washer, I owned a Whirlpool top load washer. Almost weekly I'd find myself pausing the wash load so I could reposition the wash due to the clothes migrating to one side. So far this has not happened with the GE Washer. I also like the stylish look. Honestly I can't say enough positive things about this washer! I could go on and on!! I would highly recommend this washer to anyone. PS, my daughter agrees with me on everything I just said. LOL

Much faster than our 21 year old dryer
We bought this as a washer/dryer pair because our washer finally gave up the ghost after 21 years of non-stop service. Knowing the GE Brand from other smaller purchases in the past, I had no problem deciding to buy this washer/dryer pair. The clothes are dried in a fraction of the time we are used to with our old set. The wi-fi functions, while not necessary have made doing laundry a little more bearable. Getting notified that the clothes are almost finished, and given the option to continue the cycle with no heat to prevent wrinkles, has been a bonus. We haven't had a need to utilize al of the functions/features of this dryer, but we have only owned it for a month...

Slick look, feature rich, but $$$$
The product looks great. Has more features then I will ever use. But is quite expensive for a washer unit.
Pros:
-Fast and efficient
-The SmartDispense is a useful feature
-Clothes smell fresh
-SmartHQ app is great for sending my phone a notification when the load is complete
-Many advanced features
Cons:
-Sound is loud, but about average for washers at similar size
-The plastic panel and metal encasement scratches easily
-The Microban material does have a strong smell
-The UltraFresh Vent system doesn't fully dry the inside ring, and takes a while to finish
-Cost
-Front door is heavy, and often slams shut loudly if not careful
