Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Loved it at first but smell won’t go away
When I first purchased this washer, I was absolutely in love with it. The sleek design, the variety of wash settings, and the steam option all impressed me right away. It felt like a premium, high-performing machine, and I truly enjoyed using it.
However, after owning it for just over six months, my experience has changed. The washer clogs very easily, and if I don’t clean it out every other week, my clothes come out with an unpleasant smell. I’ve owned front-load washers before, but this one seems to develop odors much faster than others I’ve used. While it started off great, the ongoing maintenance and smell issues have been a real disappointment.

Very Happy with this machine upgrade choice.
I am absolutely impressed with this new machine. I had been battling my 2002 Maytag front-load washer recently, after years of reliable service. Was at point of 'dreading' doing laundry, and dealing with error codes...
WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I am so glad I made to the decision to upgrade to this unit, including the 15" pedestal that makes it even easier to load/unload.
After extensive online research of machines, reviews, and reliability -- I found a very competitive price. It's now an actual pleasure to do laundry -- the washer and dryer even let me know with phone notifications when loads are done.
Only regret is that I didn't get these great machines sooner.
Thank you!

Good machine, documentation not so much
The machine does a pretty good job, with some exceptions. For example, there is no mention in the manual that if a small load is put in, the machine "gets lost" and does odd things like spin very slowly and in random directions. Also, the documentation for wifi connection is very poor. It instructs to find the washer IP address on the front cover of the manual, and there is no such info present. If I call the WiFi assistance phone number, first thing it asks is for me to give you my wifi password. No way am I giving you that private info! I am an EE and I could not get WiFi working. So be it. We'll use the machine the old fashioned way.

Love my GE Profile
I love this machine, so far. I've only had it for 5 weeks and I'm still learning it. For basic everyday cycles, it's wonderful. I love that I can adjust some cycles' water temp to "Extra Hot" for those stinky loads that need it. The drum holds a large load of jeans with no off-balancing. I'm looking forward to trying the Steam Cycles. And the Venting cycle, after a day of washing, is great to keep odors/mold occurring in the drum. OH! The automatic detergent distribution feature is something I wasn't used to but I'm finding it distributes the proper amount for load sizes AND I'm not over filling the detergent cup or using as much soap, either!

Extremely loud
I have had the washer for about one month, I love all the features especially the ULTRAFRESH VENT SYSTEM with odor block.
The issue I have is that it is extremely loud. I have owned and used a lot of washers, unfortunately this is the worst and the loudest. It is located in my laundry room, off the kitchen, we have to keep the door closed when in use. The loudest occurs when the tub is filling with water, banging clunking and clanging in addition the spin cycle is very loud.
On the front of the dispenser it has a label DBT Quite Control, when I was shopping I thought that meant that the washer would run quietly. I wish that was the case

Beautiful, super quiet large capacity washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got our new GE Profile washer with 16” matching pedestal. The controls are simple to use, the washer is energy efficient and extremely quiet!
The pedestal is making laundry loading & unloading a breeze. I love all the storage space inside the pedestal drawer.
I love the large capacity for our bedspreads & blankets. Our bedding comes out clean with all excess water spun out of the fabric like no other washer I have used. The light inside the washer helps me to see if I have gotten all the clothes out too. What a great feature. There so many different wash cycles to choose from too.

The excessive drum movement is disconcerting
Deducting one star because of the seemingly imbalanced load situation with every wash. This washers drum will move radically during the wash cycle and its very unnerving. Doesn't seem to change regardless of load size. Perhaps its meant to do that, I don't know - certainly doesn't seem right. It spins up ok when it gets to the spin cycle, and very fast, so if it was imbalanced at this spin stage, it would probably walk out the door !
Instructions say to run the machine empty on the "rinse and spin" program to check if there is a fault with the machine. It passes this test flawlessly so I'm going to assume what I'm seeing to be normal !

Beauty and function
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installing the washer was pretty easy. The guys who delivered it had it done in about 15 minutes. The washer is VERY heavy, but I like don't have any plans to move it, so it's not really a concern. It is absolutely beautiful and I like the touch button features. I have tried to get it to connect to my wifi but have been unsuccessful. There appears to be less water used when washing, so I am looking forward to a lower water bill, but what hasn't decreased is the cleanliness of the clothes after they are washed. I haven't seen any noticeable change from my old agitation style washer.
