Amazing Innovation
Amazing innovation with great features. I was a little sceptical initially because of this technology being outside the box of what we are all use too. The 2-in-1 system has been great and really eliviates a lot of the hassles associated with cleaning and drying your clothes. The energy efficiency and ventless system makes is all the better. There were numerous reviews that spoke about drying, however these system does a great job, people have to adjust their thinking from high heat drying to a more efficient method that is better for your clothes. We are so glad we took a look at this system and transitioned.

Worst appliance purchase I have ever made
Don't buy this! Ive had mine since October of 2023 and it's been nothing but problems. Filter constantly needs cleaning and lint clogs up constantly so clothes don't dry. I tried to return it within the first 6 months and could not. I've kept it because I spent so much money, but Im going to bite the bullet and just get rid of it. It was the worst appliance purchase I have ever made. I asked GE to just give me a credit so I could purchase a regular washer and dryer and they would not. I would have gladly purchased another GE washer and dryer. I just need to get rid of this all in one Profile. It has made washing clothes incredible stressful!

This unit requires alot of customer care and maintenance . Cleaning out the drain pump is critical. Emptying you po gets is also I'mportant. Small clothing like Small socket must be put into a garment bag . The filter is the biggest thing I see for the dryer NEVER NEVER USE DRYER SHEETS!!! The waxy residue plugs the holes of the fine mesh and stops airflow. To know if it is plugged run warm water in the filter if it holds water it stops the airflow just like a pluggedbhouse vent . .!!!!! You. MUST PHYSICALLY WAS IT OUT !!! Use a toothbrush You also have to clean the condenser thru the slot the filter gose if you don't it will not work properly

I bought this machine when it was first released and I was so excited. For the first 6 months, it was great but then things went downhill and downhill fast. It takes HOURS to dry 1 small load of clothes and often throws a code (that the machine doesn’t even display) that it is overheating. The service/repair tech told us that one! Good luck even attempting to clean the lint trap-that space is so skinny, it is impossible to get clean. During the spin cycle, you would think the house is going to rattle to the ground. I’m just extremely disappointed in this product. I spent way too much money to have all these problems.

I wanted to point out two first-hand observations from having used this model before returning for separate washer and dryer:
1) Not being able to set the dryer temperature is a no-go for cottons and delicates. This unit shrunk half-dozen previously washed and dried shirts and active wear items in my old washer and dryer. The Eco Dry feature doesn't work.
2) If you have real family laundry, you will separate out bedding, colors/whites, towels and so on. Meaning, you can't wash a load while the previous is drying. This adds hours to overall laundry time. A no-go for a household.
I would love to see a proper dryer with the heat-pump tech and full temp controls.

Drying issues...
We've had this combo for a few days and already want to return it. Twice already, the clothes take for ever to dry. The last straw was when during dry mode for some strange reason i heard the water kick on 2 hours into the dry (kept on displaying sensor loading). An hour later I just had to check it and the clothes were still wet. I had to turn off the unit and just turn on dry mode.
Also, some lint we get past the filter when then you will have to vacuum out yourself. Lint also tends to collect around the blue seal. If i am already having these problems, I can only imagine the issues I could have later... In my opinion, this unit needs more testing.

I love it. I am amazed.. I've always been one to forget my laundry and go down a couple days later..yuck.. I throw my clothes in and select what I want it to do..hit start. I have it filled with laundry detergent and fabric softener for 32 loads. I read some complain it didn't dry their clothes. There is a more dry button but also when you take them out and fluff them up they usually are dry. I am do happy

Loving during laundry!
I’m in love with doing laundry and that’s a miracle. I am amazed how a 2 in 1 washer dryer has made life so much better. Before we had the standard washer and dryer. One of the biggest problem with the old way of during laundry was not getting the clothes in the dryer in a timely matter. Picking the clothes in and not haven’t to go back and put them in the dryer is a lifesaver…literally. According to SmartHQ app I’ve done 37 cycles. I’m able to put laundry detergent and fabric softener in the smart dispense which is so convenient and saves money. I’ve been thinking of the pros and cons of this product and honest I have no cons. As of now I am please with the purchase of this 2 in 1 washer dryer.
