Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Looks Great, But the Quality is Suspect
We purchased our GE Profile refrigerator (Adora Version) approximately 14 months ago, and the slate color looks beautiful in our kitchen, we like the size of the frezer section and the lighting inside is very nice. However, the cooling system, possibly the fan or the compressor makes a lot of noise when it is running, and that has always concerned me. Now, when I got home from work yesterday I found the refrigerator stopped working. The lights for the buttons on the door water / ice dispenser are still active, which means that there is still power to the system, but the cooling system and interior lighting is no longer working.

Very Noisy Refrigerator
We purchased this refrigerator in October 2021 to replace our older model of the same refrigerator. The new refrigerator was very noisy with harmonic vibrations and rattling. I measured peak sound volume at 97 dB. After communicating with GE support for over 2 months, they replaced the refrigerator. The replacement is much quieter than the original with peak sound level at 75.8 dB. It usually runs between 39-55 dB. Since the new refrigerators run most of the time, the noise can be heard most of the time. I cannot recommend this model. GE support was good but slow as it took over 2 months to resolve. Hope this helps.

Everything is starting to fail
Well it made it three years. Then the evaporator fan went out. But not the fan motor, the actual connection. Bought a second and was able to make it work by wedging it at a certain angle, but now it runs non stop. Freezes everything in the fridge portion. I guess it’s on to figure out how much more money I can dump into this expensive thing. Everyone told me to avoid GE appliances for the new house. But nope, I didn’t listen. My basement appliances will definitely be a different brand.
Did I mention when the fan quit working it froze the coils and when it finally thawed out it poured gallons of water on our wood floor?

Some Great Features
I love the water and ice in the door and the position of the light. The ice maker is also in the door but the shelves are really narrow on that door. The inside of the refrigerator is very roomy and the glass shelves are all adjustable. Not crazy about the freezer compartment. The slide out drawer is fine but the bottom of the freezer is not flat and therefore does not hold as much stuff. Also the door handle on the freezer is stationary and is harder to pull the drawer out. I am comparing this refrigerator to the one that I replaced. If this had been the first refrigerator I had purchased then I would be better satisfied with this one.

Great product. Can’t wait for new one!
I had two refrigerators within five years, one was a side by side GE profile, which I hated the side by side design, the second of which was a Maytag, which the size was okay, but the icemaker stopped working. When you live in Arizona, you have to have an icemaker. They no longer made the icemaker for that model. We then bought this model of the GE Profile in 2013. When I sold my house in April, 2026, the fridge was still going strong. No repairs, no problems. And, we had an additional icemaker below that was quite large. I left that one in the home I sold, and I am now ordering the same model for the home I bought.

Attractive, functional, and plenty of room.
Our nearly 24 year old refrigerator bit the dust and we looked long and hard for a suitable replacement. We settled on this GE Profile Series PFE28KYNFS. This refrigerator is very attractive, functional, and there is plenty of door, drawer, and shelf room. The ice maker is built into the door and works well. There's also a water dispenser. The water actually tastes pretty good thanks to the built in water filter. We have the temperature setting on 0 and 37 for the freezer and refrigerator. These are the factory settings and our thermometers show they are accurate and true. Overall we are happy with our purchase after approx. 1 month of ownership.

Overall Awesome- Best Frig I ever had
Honestly, the stuff my boyfriend and I complain about are pretty minor. The doors don't automatically close- which with us is a disaster waiting to happen if we just walk out of the house and leave them open. LOL, yes we have turned the door alarm off because we hate alarms! But, gosh everything else is PERFECT... it is so roomy, the fruit and veggies are staying fresh longer. I like having the little shelves on the side of the ice maker- sodas fit there nicely. The freezer drawers are nicely divided so your food isn't just a dump pile. In general, the entire frig helps you organize your food. Oh and it's really pretty. Yep, we love it.

Beautiful refrigerator
This refrigerator is a beauty. Very spacious inside. Love the ambient lighting throughout. The crisper drawers work great. Fruits and vegetables, liked bagged salad are lasting longer. Staying fresher. So far everything is great. This fridge is replacing our first one that died after only six weeks. We lost all our food. The first fridge was the door in door model. They were out of stock. So I chose this one. I’m glad I did. Lots of wasted space with the door in door model. This one is very quiet. Whereas the first one was loud. Not gonna lie. We are still traumatized by the loss of our first brand new fridge in only six weeks. The compositor died.
