GE Profile 1.5 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel Countertop Microwave - Convection

I bought this microwave to replace another name brand that failed after 16 years. During this time I decided on the GE Pro series microwave because of the wide variety of cooking options no found in my previous unit. We enjoy using the broil & baking options for small cooking projects.

This is the 2nd GE microwave I have purchased. This is by far the nicest with a lot of extra features my older Profile did not have, as far as settings. I like the warming feature. Works great but I do wish it was bigger in terms of size. Would definitely recommend.

I basically like the oven, but have been having some problems with it. I had another GE Profile Microwave-Convection for thirteen years and guess I was so used to it, I am having a little difficulty adjusting to the new one.

Never tried GE before but I had a friend who recommended me this and I couldn`t say no. When I got it from Appliances Connection the people were very helpful and nice. I cant get enough of the perfect convection and sensor cooking this model has. Never have I felt this happy owning a new microwave.

For the price it doesn’t seem very well made. Very loud when closing the door. Sounds like a tin box. The interior was much smaller than I anticipated when we got it home.

Purchased this appliance to replace a 31 yr old GE microwave. Works great if you can keep from burning your hand on the hot door that won't stay open. Needs a handle. Very disappointed that GE would make one without a handle.

The microwave is very impressive with all of the cooking features. It cooks in much less time than my old microwave. It is able to cook in many much like a regular oven It is very sleek and beautiful in design.

The bake and broil features are handy. have had this microwave only a few weeks so have not used all options but am very pleased so far.

Bottom line, if you expect this to replace the oven features of a toaster oven I think you will be greatly disappointed. In fact, the manual even recommends you cook frozen things on a microwave setting as opposed to bake.

This is one of the most convenient appliances we have ever purchased. It goes so well with the rest of the kitchen. We love that it keeps food hot and ready even when it is left inside for some time, as well as the convection option, our food always comes out nice and delicious.
