GE Profile 2.2 cu.ft. Gray Built-In Microwave Oven - ADA Compliant

This is our new GE microwave. The purchase was a breeze. Our sales rep was so helpful and knowledgable. The measure, the installation all went perfectly. Every person I interacted with was professional and courteous.

there's nothing special about it, especially since I am still waiting for the cabinet trim to arrive. A microwave that is nothing special. Good wattage. One thing Ilike is that I can silence the buttons that way I don't awake anyone in the middle of the night :) At the end of the day, it does what...

We have been using this microwave a lot. It is powerful, it is easy to see inside and easy to use controls. The touch controls are extremely sensitive and that is good when you want to turnoff the power to prevent boiling over or burning. As soon as you touch the cancel button the power is off.

I was expecting it to be black not gray. Also on the instillation there was a gap between the microwave and the Trim Kit that I did not expect.

This is a good microwave. This makes our second one. The only flaw that I can find is the door release mechanism is plastic, and is prone to break after some usage. The first one broke after two years of light usage since there is just my wife and I at home. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

I'm so happy with this microwave! It took me reading the instructions to use the settings, etc properly...had to try on my own first :) It heats very fast, so takes some getting used to after my old one. It's nice looking and the inside is very large, will fit anything I want to cook in there.

I was concerned with the reviews that I read, but my whole family LOVES this microwave. The reheat button is fantastic, as are the popcorn and beverage auto settings. We were originally put off by having to push cook time first if we wanted to set seconds other than 30 sec, but have gotten used to...

The microwave oven looks great over our wall oven. It seems to work well but we have not played around with many of the features. So far so good.

I have had a new home where I had this microwave oven installed. Although it was working okay for first few months, the door started to have issues with not being able to open smoothly. In terms of noise, it still makes a good amount of sound and I generally expect it be a lot quieter.

The microwave is only 1100 watts which is slower and less powerful than I'm used to. And I wish it was stainless like the frame. I'm disappointed in how it looks in my kitchen with all my stainless appliances. Stainless was not an option when I purchased this.
