For many years I have had a portable dishwasher that had to be rolled back and forth across the kitchen and attached to the kitchen faucet. This dishwasher was in the way, made using the sink for other purposes impossible, put heat into the kitchen and most importantly, was very loud.

This GE dishwasher is easy to use, looks great and is very quiet. The top most rack, in door controls and front display make this an ideal dish washer.

My new GE Profile dishwasher is beautiful and so easy to keep clean from fingerprints. It is so quiet I have to check to see if it is working. I am still trying to figure the proper placement of glassware, etc but I had my old washer for many years and this one is just configured out a little...

I had a 2 drawer dishwasher before and couldn't fit anything in it, I can virtually fit dishes from breakfast, lunch and dinner into one load. The bottle sprayers are amazing, my glasses come out sparkling new, I tried to put unprewashed dishes in and it cleaned it which my previous dishwasher...

Overall, the dishwasher does a decent job of cleaning and drying. Although, not as well as my last dishwasher, which was a lesser model GE. This unit has a design flaw in that when you push the bottom shelf back in, there is a "dip", causing the dishes to jolt and slide into each other.

The last dishwasher we had was 20 years old, so pretty much anything would be an improvement. But this dishwasher exceeded expectations. Not only does it have new features, it is very quiet so you hardly know is is running. Most importantly it does an fantastic job cleaning the dishes.

We love the new ge profile dishwasher - it’s so quiet and the third rack really comes in handy.
