Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Unhappy!
We have had this stove less than a month. Cooktop cooks unevenly and yes we have the right pots. Ovens cook unevenly. Very disappointed for the cost of this stove. Cooktop scratches very very easily with normal use. Noisy with all the beeping for every little thing. We will be getting rid of this stove as from what I can tell repair services is useless and these are common issues that repair does not know how to fix. And what is up with no user manual! I do not want to go online for a user manual! Very disappointed in GE. We had a similar Amana stove for 20 years. Never had to repair. Never had uneven cooking. We were told GE was the best brand - not!

Power Boil is a Poor Design
The 6/9/12 power boil burner is too hot to use for cooking anything except bringing water to an initial boil quickly. There are no low or medium cooking options for this burner. Even though the control dial appears to have a range of settings from low to high on each of the 3 elements, there are really only high and very high. Frying on this burner is out of the question. The burner is very fast for boiling, however, once a pot has been brought to a boil, it will boil over unless moved to another burner for continued controlled boiling. Essentially, this makes one quarter of the surface area useless for general cooking. The rest of the range is satisfactory.

Unhappy
Cooktop and both ovens heat unevenly. Sometimes too hot others not hot enough. Cooktop cannot turn above a 2-3 as will burn. Ovens not hot enough at times and others too hot. No rhyme or reason. Cook top scratches too easily. Noisy beeps. Why do all new appliances make so much noise for every little thing. Totally unnecessary. And what’s up with no user manual? I do not want to go online for a user manual. Very disappointed for the cost. GE is suppose to be the best. Will it’s not. Only have had less than a month. Need other new appliances but they will not be GE. This one is being sold or taken to the dump as my understanding is repairmen do not know how to fix

Disappointment
The new updated Features were a disappointment… The air fryer has no instructions and makes a big mess with oil splattering. And the Double boiler feature is pointless because there’s too much space in between the burners so only the plate area is super hot and the rest is lukewarm even one using a cast iron griddle pan which I purposely bought for this feature. I would’ve skip this appliance and go on for the basic one which was extremely less expensive

Great Features-Takes Time to Learn
I love double ovens. My old GE was a side by side double oven. It is kind of a deep squat to get to the lower oven on this model, so I would no recommend this for anyone with difficulty bending. This oven has some awesome features: standard, convection, air fryer, variable burner sizes. However, it takes some getting used to how to manage/program. The owners manual needs to be rewritten, more specific. The black on stainless steel labeling is a little hard to see in some lighting, but I had an over the range hood with excellent lighting installed. It was helpful to resolve that visual issue. Now that I am used to how to program settings, I really do like this oven.

I Love The Double Oven
This is my second double oven. I love the convenience of two ovens. I use the upper oven most of the time. When I am not using the bottom oven I store extra baking pans there.
The ovens cook well and the stove top heats quickly.
There are many features I have not used yet such as air fry and the convection oven.
Learning the control panel took a few days. The glass top stove cleans easily with the
correct product. Be careful to lift pots and pans rather than slide across the stove top.
There is only one timer for a oven that has so many cooking features.
Overall I am happy with this purchase,

Excellent investment worth it !
Great stove , I have more than one month using it and it works great . The double oven warms up fast , the burners on the top heat up very fast. My favorite burner is the 3 element burner. You can use it in many ways from a small pot to a big pot . What I recommend is before first use clean the top with the free sample that comes inside it will keep it nice and bright. I use my stove everyday and it looks brand new and even when I cook daily for 5 people in my house. The little oven warms up fast and can make pizza in less than 10 minutes. The air fryer makes the food very crispy and full of flavor and very quick. Excellent investment and purchase.

Very happy with this product
I originally rated this product as a 2. The power boil burner had only high and higher. After 3 tech support visits, I was told it was operating correctly and rated the product. I subsequently offered to pay for complete replacement of the burner AND controls. The tech on the fourth visit looked and said "that isn't operating correctly", and replaced the burner and controls. The power boil burner now operates as expected, and is fully functional, with a full range of heat controls. I am now very pleased with the features, operation and the functionality of this range. I don't think I could have found a better one for my needs.
