Bad purchasing experience from
Too Difficult to reach broiler
Made the mistake of buying an oven online! It had good reviews, but I thought, like any stove, the broiler would be inside the oven. It took almost 20 minutes for me to realize that the broiler was down where storage generally is. Who wants to bend down to the floor with a hot pot roast to slide it into a drawer sized broiler? The broiler is too small it's too low and it's too shallow. A hazardous situation! I'm about to give this stove away and buy a different brand that has regular cooking features.

Great Appliance Replacement!
I replaced the gas oven for the one in the house my mother-in-law lives at. It was a relatively easy process. The previous gas oven stopped working early in November and was able to get this one with the same level of features. It was just a little higher than a less known appliance, but went with this one because GE is a well known brand. It has been a little more than a month and has been working well with my mother in law. The only delta was the anti-tip bracket was different than the previous one. The previous appliance was likely installed when the house was built in 2003. Hopefully this one will last about 20 years too.

Poor Quality
Had to convert from natural to propane gas. Top burner conversion easy but oven conversion was horrific to get to...Orifice was so tight had to remove whole back panel to get to it to avoid breaking gas valve. Metal very light weight, screws were difficult to line up... some metal bending required to get unit back together, heat bricks in back moved left and right freely, single wire could not hold them in a stationary position, had to reposition, a twenty minute job turned into hours. After ordeal stove works good but would not recommend propane units where changing of oven orifice required.

Nice, simple stove!!
My husband and I have been paying exhorbitantly (sp?) high electric bills. The home we purchased is all electric, so little by little, we're converting things to cut down on this expense. We decided to go with a propane stove conversion, and I didn't want any bells and whistles, so when my husband found this model on the internet, we went ahead and ordered. I am so very happy with it!! Gas heats things so much faster. The only disappointment is there is no type of tray for the broiler compartment a the bottom; there is just a rack like the ones in the oven. I will have to see if I can find one and order that.

The oven door is impossible to put back on
We had to convert the range from natural gas to propane. The nozzles on the cook top were easy to change over. The instructions for the oven were unclear, making it more difficult. The instructions said to remove the door. When we tried to replace the door after changing the nozzles, we couldn't figure out how to put it back on. There were no instructions for replacing it. We called a professional appliance repairman and he couldn't figure out how to do it either. Other repair men refused to even look at it. The store we bought the range from will replace it, but we've been without an oven for over a month.

No pre-heat signal
According to the online manual it shows a signal or light for when the oven is at temp after preheating, but there is none,also no clock or timer,this is not for me,can buy one at a local store for the same price and get more bells and whistles,not worth the money, will return,Also can't get the oven temp correct after adjusting per your instructions,closest I get is within 40 degrees,and I was using 2 different thermometers to be sure.

Basic Oven
Despite being in a new house the appliances were a plain Jane. While this stove does the job I had several issues. 1. There is NO face on the stove, so you cannot set a timer or view the time. 2. The oven does not BEEP when you are preheating so you have to take your chances on it being at the right temp. 3. THE SMELL IT BURNS IS AWFUL! I burned it several times a week at 450 and the plastic burning smell would not go away! 4. The glass portion of the oven gets VERY hot so beware of little hands touching it. 5. The burner covers on the top do not stay in place very well. If you're looking for a basic oven then this is for you. If you're wanting something a bit more advanced spend a few extra hundred bucks and get something better!

Very disappointed
I had to order this online as no retailers had stoves in stock. Had I seen it in person I never would have ordered it. I do not like the burners (flat plate style) or the different sizes. The
broiler is a joke! There is a narrow door that opens, no drawer to pull out; there is no pan only a rack. So if you pull out the rack to flip your steak the grease will drip all over everything! And it's impossible to clean as there is no drip tray. You have to reach all the way into the broiler to try and clean it. What a piece of garbage! I'm super disappointed!!
