The oval-shaped burner in the center of this five-cooking-element appliance works particularly well for long, wide pans. A self-cleaning feature in the oven gets it ready for future uses without requiring manually scrubbing the surface. The cooktop grates are safe for cleaning in a standard dishwasher, as well.
