Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Wish I could see the controls
Bought this to replace another GE microwave that finally passed on to the 'ether'. Very pleased with the overall appearance, but not quite as happy with the lower power level (950 watts vs 1100 watts for the original), but my biggest 'gripe' is that the controls are almost impossible to see without a flashlight. Would be most beneficial if those controls were either backlit, or somehow more visible. Makes this new product very difficult to use in a 'low-light' area. Microwave itself work fine, but not being able to see the controls in a low-light environment is a huge 'negative' compared to my old model.

So Far so good
So my microwave just went, along with my fridge last week. Ugh!!! Planning on renovating soon (within the next couple of years) so was hoping everything would hold on till then, but you know what they say about the best-laid plans...Anywho, this appliance is a GE (so is our new fridge), blended in with everything else we had, great price, and the perfect size for our current needs. Now, all it has to do is defrost, reheat, and be reliable for a reasonable amount of time and we'll be in good shape. Since we just got it I won't be able to comment on the latter, but let's keep our fingers crossed shall we?

Good basic microwave.
Bought this unit to replace a 13 year old GE model with basically the same features. Being a newer model, it has some additional buttons like plate dinner, popcorn, pizza, etc. which we don’t use. But, overall it does what it is supposed to do - be a solid microwave oven.
Pros: stainless steel exterior instead of painted, the door open button is better constructed than the earlier version, it is quieter when cooking, and the turntable seems less jerky.
Cons: has only 900 watts instead of 1000 and the timer end sound is a lot quieter and could be louder.
Overall, works well.

Preliminary review
This is a good looking mw oven that’s replacing another GE that lasted 20 years. I don’t expect the same durability on this one. I would’ve given it 5 stars except for the fact that it works with ounces instead of lbs. for the “weight defrost” function. I had to have a conversion table printed from the internet to have it handy each time which is one of my major uses for this appliance. Another minus was the fact that it doesn’t come with a user’s manual. Again, I had to print it from the website. Other than that, if it lasts me for at least 5 years, I’ll be a happy camper.

Nice upgrade to my kitchen
I bought this microwave to replace a 30yr. old microwave. I works great and the design compliments my other upgraded appliances. The first thing I noticed is that it is very quiet! The control buttons are a little tricky...you have to really push on them to get them to function. Others have mentioned that they are not backlit so they are hard to see. I do agree that they could be designed a little better, thus the 4 star rating. The size is perfect for my space and the capacity is ample to suit my needs. Overall, it's a great microwave!
