Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

I only wanted a GE but looks like mine is a lemon
Help! The stove seemed well made until I removed the drip pan and coil from the back right side burner recently and discovered the part beneath the burner is defective or damaged and looks like it isn't safe to use. I'm so disappointed because I expected better of GE and wanted to be pleased with this stove which is still new to me. I'm not happy about having only 3 burners to use. The problem looks serious, but it is not likely typical of the quality of GE ranges. I look forward to GE resolving this to my satisfaction when I contact them so I can enjoy a quality GE range for many years to come and recommend GE to my friends and family.

So so
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a 4 burner electric oven and stovetop. It works well except the door slams shut because it is metal in metal. The paint has already worn away. It has the bumpers installed but they are too far back and do not touch. I already had it replaced once because of this issue and that was a HUGE hassle. So when I got the second one and it did the same thing I am just living with it until it dies and I can get a new one. The capacity if big enough for a large turkey but that is it. The controls are well laid out but the beeper to tell you it is done is VERY quiet and cannot be adjusted in volume.

worst stove ever
I have always had GE stoves my last one was 20 years old. This new one is the worse ever, the oven racks are half the weight as the old one, the burners with the metal in the middle of them are a horrible design the small burners do not heat up, I replaced them with the old style, you have to turn the oven off to change temp higher or lower. I know GE does not make these any more but who ever is (China) they really screwed it up including the GE name. I would not buy GE appliances again, the paint job not great the top already has a stain just from water sitting on it, I have cooked as a job for 30 years, I know how to use a stove and what it is expected to look like and the use of it

Nice features
The GE range is nice. There is a diminished quality in any appliance produced today.
The GE stove heats up nicely. The control panel is simple and easy to use. The stove top is easy to clean.
The down sides are the enamel is much thinner; this ain't your Mama's stove! The worst feature is the exhaust from the oven. I oven-fried chicken thighs in an open container with a temp of 325 and smoke was rising.
Weirdest thing I ever saw! Instead of the smoke and moisture exiting through a vent as it does in any stove I've ever owned before, smoke was rising from every burner and the surface of the range was hot. Says a lot about insulation, huh?

Great Replacement Range
I cook with cast iron, and do canning with a water-bath canner, so a coil-top stove was the only option (electric-only house). So far, I don’t see what all the fuss is about regarding the sensi-temp elements. I have nor had any issues with the elements shutting off, not even boiling water. The best results have been using a slightly lower setting. I had boiling water in a full kettle in about 5 minutes with the control knob set at 8 (of10). The oven reaches quickly and holds temperature very well, The only minor quibble is that the beeper/signal on the range could be louder, or have a volume adjustment as part of the Special Features. But I have a timer on my cell phone I can keep close and hear.

Oven temp needed adjustment
We had to figure out how to adjust the oven temperature from the get go. The manual that came with the stove poorly covered the problem. It was at the cabin so no internet to get more information. Why can't the stove be calibrated at the factory. I was using a recipe that called for the oven to be at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. It took at least 40 minutes to preheat to that temperature. I wasn't very happy, the timing of my meal was way off. Another thing, was the glass in the door was not seated in the metal slot properly. Looks like the door needs adjustment. So far I am not too happy with this stove.

Great Price, Excellent Features
I Love this stove!!! I was hesitant as I previously had a slide in model, but was unhappy with its performance. We chose this model, it was on sale at a great price and could be delivered the next day. I'm so happy we did!! The oven is huge, it took a bit to get used to the safety burners, but they are super efficient with nice even heating, clean up of the top of the stove is nothing short of amazing and the stove has a very nice overall attractive design. All the dials and indicators work easily. I haven't used the self cleaning feature yet, but if it's like the rest of the stove it'll be fine. I don't think you can go wrong with this product.

Overall a very nice stove
Overall a nice stove. My dislikes in the short time that I've had it: Burners seem a lot "hotter" than my old stove, i.e., when wanting to simmer a pot of soup or chili over a longer time, I have to turn the burner all the way down to the lowest setting to keep it from outright boiling. Next, the timer doesn't make a loud enough noise to hear it from another room, even though I have an open concept kitchen/dining room/living room. I can only hear it well if I'm in the kitchen close by. Last, there is no "keep warm" function of the oven, as there was in my old stove. I used this quite often for a member of my household who gets in late for dinner.
