Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Great when it worked.
Installed this beverage refrigerator in March 2021 with an entire suite of GE café appliances. After nine months this item just randomly stopped working. After a service call it was deemed unrepairable and a replacement to be made. We also had a problem with the Cafe electric range which took several months and a total of 5 range deliveries to get one that worked. Today our replacement beverage refrigerator was attempted and it was damaged when it was delivered into the kitchen. I’m beginning to feel very sorry we chose GE appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. They have not proved to be lasting quality.

Temperature setting doesn't work properly
We received delivery on this wine center for our new kitchen at the end of April 2021 and since we got it, the temperature setting has never worked properly. It never gets as low as we set to go. Now over the weekend, it won't go below 69 degrees. I would not recommend this product. I should've requested a return or exchange as soon as I got it, but settled with what temperature it WOULD go down to because I didn't want the hassle of having to return, exchange, or repair it. Just 2 years old and it doesn't work the way it is intended to. I don't recommend this wine center.

Broken twice within 6 month after purchase
Purchased the product around July’22, then it stop cooling in Jan’23. I need to wait for 2 months for the product to be fixed because all the parts required. It’s nice they are willing to deliver all these parts. Feel like a new fridge is being built. Now it is March’23, couple of weeks after the fridge is “fixed”, it stopped cooling again.

Wish it stayed working!
We built our remodel to accommodate this refrigerator. Loved it, for the first year (2020-2021), had a repair man to replace compressor, but GE replaced entire refrigerator (and we had high hopes!). Worked again for a year (2021-2022), then no longer would cool below 50 degrees again. It is useless now. Wish we could replace with a more reliable refrigerator, but it is a unique size. Any suggestions GE?

Broken and not repairable within 2 years
I loved this wine fridge and it worked great until the warranty ran out and the piece that needs replacing is no longer manufactured. Now it no longer cools less than 24 months later and the part needed to fix the issue is no longer available. This refrigerator was purchased in November 2020. It seems irresponsible to sell products with no way of staying functional (because of irreplaceable parts).

Very Disappointed!
After having this same product for 12 years, when it stopped working I was happy to replace with the same model GE wine refrigerator. However after barely over 3 years, apparently the compressor stopped working. According to the manual, the compressor light should light up when it is on but does not. Only the fan works properly and the internal temperature is too warm! Sooooo disappointed as it was part of an entire suite of GE appliances in our kitchen and home. Now to have the compressor replaced would likely cost more than replacing with a different, more dependable product. Very disappointed!!

Not good for beverages
This should not be called a beverage refrigerator. It is a wine fridge. The photos are deceptive as any beverages other than wine would not be cold enough. I bought it as an employee drink fridge for sodas. At the coldest temp it is nowhere near a refreshing cold temp and would absolutely not work for beer. Wish I could return it
