The dryer portion works.
Going on the third year. We have had many service calls, two new motors, 1 new transmission, 1 new mother board, 1 door switch. The GE warranty was for one year and we purchased an extended warranty for four years. The washing machine failed at one year and one month. When the extended warranty expires we will have to junk the whole unit. Overall this has been a bad experience, I only wish there was a no star rating for overall satisfaction. Right now I'm setting waiting for another service technician. ( I tried to keep this review as positive as possible )

Washer leaves grease marks on clothes.
Washer/Dryer was delivered but washer did not work. It would fill with water and just stop. Store were it was purchased removed broken unit and replaced with second new unit. This washer worked. Unfortunately after a few wash cycles we noticed a grease stain appearing on random items. Sometimes we can rewash and it is removed, other items have been ruined. I have checked the tub for any grease inside, but have found no traces of grease in the tub. I will say that when the whites come out without any grease marks, they do appear to be whiter than my old machine. It is not a quiet machine, but quieter than my old unit. It fits in a small space well, which is why I purchased this unit.

Really convenient but has flaws
It is very space efficient and convenient to use. I love that I can use both of them at once. However, I tried ending the load while it was still on the spin cycle (so I could transfer it to the dryer before leaving for the day), and it never unlocked for me, it just stopped spinning and stayed locked and I couldn't get my clothes out. So I had to leave my wet clothes in the washer for the entire day until I arrived home again. Also this is very minor, I wish that it had a default setting for drying so I would not have to choose a setting every single time except for special loads. I just want to press the button and be done.

I have owned some of the nicest sets of front loaders from Maytag to LG and all were not worth the premium cost. Even the cadillac speed queen the salesman didn’t recommend their front loaders either. So yes, I’m done!
For me this Unit make sense, A top load washer with a front load dryer. You can find this unit in many apartments today and are very serviceable. I been using this GE and it’s relatively quiet and very functional, most of all my wife likes it! With different water levels. It may not look very impressive in today’s standards, but if I should be in need of a service call, I will not be scared 😳

Super Washer & Dryer
I have the unit for less than a month so my experience is only on the short time period. So far I love the unit. After the each wash (11 loads so far with different types of fabric), the clothes came out so dried and I thought the clothes were not being washed (silly thinking because I felt and saw the clothes with wetness). The energy efficiency is working great so far that I can see it. I like how the lint catcher/mesh is designed and easy to clean. I think that limits the lint dust flying around. The only thing that I'm a bit surprised is that the washer seems to be slightly louder than I expected during washing.

Lots of problems to begin with
After it was installed I found two flaws. and the first time I used the washer the load got uneven and it shook so hard that the front panel of the washer came off! After this I used it a few more times and it was fine period and I'm having them come look at it on Monday. They'll have to give me a new front panel on the washer and I'll see what they'll say about lowering the price because of the two scratches or if they just want to return the whole thing and get me a new one? I've had relationship where I bought it from so I think everything will be fine. I know I'm going to like it once these little things get fixed.

Piece of Junk
Do not ever buy this unit it is a royal piece of junk. Bought thus unit February 2021. It is continually bangs shakes and vibrates internally. I have had service men here at least 3 times. They "plug in their analyzer" and pronounce it fine - nothing wrong. Best they can come up with is we don't know how to do laundry. We either overload it or underload it or make it out of balance. I am 65 years old and I can assure the world that my wife and I have been doing laundry for our entire lives just like the rest of the population. I have never experienced a machine this bad or service so cavalier. As a matter of fact we have a second washer dryer in the basement and never have any trouble with it. DON'T EVER BUY THIS UNIT!!!!

Nice features. Generous washer tub & dryer basket
Arrived today. Just running first load. Like having an agitator, being able to manually select water levels & having many cycles to choose from on washer. Washer a bit noisy washing and spinning, but fine. Dryer also has a lot of nice cycle choices. Generous washer tub & dryer basket size = Amazing for overall size of this laundry center. Manual is thorough & understandable, so I can take advantage of all these features. Well designed unit in appearance & clear notations on setting knobs. Thank you.
