This washer has so many wonderful options and the 5.0 capacity is massive! I love the smart detergent dispenser so I never have to worry about adding extra. It is also very quiet, it connects to WiFi and my phone notifies me when the wash cycle is almost done so the clothes don't just sit there...

We are very please with our purchase. This washing is far superior to the previous machine we had. Like other reviews have indicated, for someone who is 5'5" or shorter, it is difficult to reach the bottom but I will adapt.

If you look at it wrong the load is unbalanced. Drives me crazy. Then, it just keeps wanting to add more and more water. No! You're just making it worse. Can't even do a load full of towels cause the machine will have a fit and say they're unbalanced, yeah adding more and more water isn't gonna...

This washer is 'the bomb'. It is a standard size, but the wash basket is extraordinarily deep, allowing me to wash heavy, Queen-sized blankets with no issues. Has some cool features and is easy to use. Running great after four months of use (can't say the same for the Haier-brand dryer I bought).

So far the family and I love our new washing machine. We are a family of 5 adults, one 2 and a half year old child and a white German Shephard and the washer has handled all we have thrown at it. The washer can handle huge loads of clothes, comforters, sheets, pillows, etc....

I love this washer!! I have found it very easy to use! My old washer was too techy and had way too many options for cycles. I am a mom of three so we always have something to be washed. My kids are really hard on clothes and this washer has really done a good job getting them clean

Our GE dryer is great, dries fast, and it's quiet. Our washer isn't bad, the washer sometimes doesn't finish a cycle, and doesn't always drain the load.

This is the worst washing machine I have ever purchased. Even though we are meticulous in placing our items so their weight is evenly distributed, at least 50% of the time it gets itself off balance. The drum turns so aggressively when it agitates, all the clothes get shifted to one side.

Worst washer ever, tried many different way like moving from one are to another to see if the floor is not even or maybe it just dont like being next to the dryer lol. i could hear the loud grinding noise from second floor!

Very disappointed in the noise level of the entire cycle!! It is difficult to balance load. It is very sensitive to loading no matter the size of load
