Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Very poor machine for cleaning and other problems
I read many of the reviews for this machine. Some good, some not so good. I was so very disappointed in this machine. There has been one problem after another. Only 2 months old and now getting ready to do my second repair ticket. Dials don't do what they say they will do. I wanted a quality machine. I should have paid attention to the comments of those who had concerns as mine parallel. Laundry still smells not clean after washing...and I'm careful, never putting too many clothes in. Overall, a poor machine and the service time to get repairs done....LONG! The personal who take calls don't assist well either. And I work in sales!

I Hate this Washer!
If the automated features of this washer was supposed to be an improvement, they certainly are not. Load sensing consistently gives less water than is needed (or as described in literature). Temperature fluctuation in filling gives very uneven results. All rinses are done in cold (whoever decided that was a good idea?). Worst of all, there is no way to override the pre-sets and be able to actually control the laundry process. Sure it 'auto senses', but not well. If I had the money I'd chuck this and look for another one. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that I will find the same "we know what's best for you" attitude in other washers.

I wish I didn’t purchase this washer
I purchased this washer based on the reviews. I’m not used to having an agitator in the middle so that should’ve been the first sign. It doesn’t have a fabric softener dispenser so I bought a Downy ball. The ball never opens up to release the fabric softener. Also, there’s no alert to when the rinse cycle starts so I haven’t been able to add fabric softener manually. Half of the time my clothes end up sopping wet after the cycle is done so I have to set the spin cycle again to get them dry. I have read the manual and looked up videos on YouTube to see what I’m doing wrong and I can’t figure it out. I wish I never purchased this washer.

Don't buy
In medium/large loads no matter that the clothes are well distributed, the washer moves during the spinning, like it is going to get out of its place. The noise that makes is scaring.
At the end, the clothes are soaked in water . Since there is no way to skip cycles and go to one specifically, I have to start washing the same clothes again, and to pray that the same situation doesn't happen next time. On top of that it is a "high efficiency" machine so no matter that you select a deep filling setting, the water level is not enough. I'm still wondering why it has such a huge container if it cannot be used in full. Stay away from this model no matter that the price looks reasonable. What you pay is what you get.

Terrible Smell
This washer is not worth buying. Clothes do not wash properly. I’ve tried small loads and soap would still be found all around the basket after the load is done. The washer also smells horrible. I have to keep washing it with the washing machine tablet cleaner several times a week. We’ve only purchased it in December and have called for services many times. The technician informed us that it’s not a mechanical issue, so there’s nothing that he can do. This leads to only one conclusion, poor manufacturing. I should not have to waste water to clean a washer every other day. I am very disappointed with this GE product and would not encourage anyone to purchase it.

Change is hard
I absolutely loved my old GE washing machine. After 15 years at finally gave in. This new model is completely different starting with the open basket concept. I'm having a hard time understanding a good wash without clothes being fully soaked. The washing machine makes a lot of weird noises as well. I'm not a huge fan of the lid lock but I guess I could understand with the new technology on the washing machine. Have had a few issues with it tripping the fuse when it switches from washing to spinning. Only on day two though. Still learning this new machine. The wife loves all the new options for washing, but I'm not a fan.

Bad washer
To be fair, it is not just this washer model. I researched all top-load washers from different manufacturers available from the retailers in my area. All of them have the same host of issues - going unbalanced, heavy vibration, jumping like crazy, software malfunction, not completing the washing cycle or repeating it without stopping, ignoring wash mode settings and not providing a good wash and drain.
It looks like the industry tries to implement a new technology but lacks sound standards on the products. If aviation and auto industries had the same inferior standards, there would have not stayed anybody to run those miserable washers.

I like the looks of the washer and it is fairly straightforward if you don't have the manual. What I DON"T LIKE is even after reading the quick start ad the regular manual there is no information on how to add detergent and especially fabric softener. The literature says your machine might not have a center fill agitator for the fabric softener, well it doesn't and then no further information. At least give me a website to go to or do I have to buy a special attachment! I only bought a GE on the recommendation from my repairman but truthfully I'm so regretting it as my clothes don't appear clean at all.
