Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Would not buy again
Would not buy again because: 1. Expensive GE "required" Chip Water Filter. at least twice yearly. Previous model worked just fine with generic filters..
2.This Stainless Steel Finish is the worst dirt magnet. Requires multiple wipe downs per day. Previous model had a pebbled white finish. Never ever needed cleaning. This Stainless Steel Finish is a huge apain
3. Dispenser compartment smaller than previous model 10 years ago. Cannot use taller containers for water/Ice.
4. Previous model had a snack compartment drawer. This one doesn't
This 2023 GE Refrigerator substantially worse than the one I bought some 10 years ago. Quality is down big time.

Beautiful fridge but NOISY
We shopped 2 stores for different refrigerators and decided to get this one. It is budget friendly and fits the space we have available for one. I love how roomy the freezer section is compared to our previous 25 year old side by side. I love the slide out shelves in throughout. What we would change is that the crisper drawer sacrifices door shelf space. Also the water dispenses room temp water so you have to toss the first glass and after that it's cooler. If it hadn't warned us in the booklet that it was noisy I would have seriously thought it was broken. That compressor is so noisy. We joke that there is a hamster riding a Harley in the wheel in there.

Great Choice!
After 19 years our refrigerator gave out the morning of Father's Day 2022. I was devasted because I had planned to cook dinner and invite my family over. Well my husband and I ended up shopping for a refrigerator that afternnon went to the store and saw this beauty that stood out in the crowd. After comparing features and prices, this GE refrigerator won! I know that GE is known for making great products and this refrigerator was just the right size and had the features that we were looking for. The inside space is great and I love the smoothness and thickness of the sliding drawers. If you are looking for a new refrigerator, I would definitely recommend this one!

Eh
1. Distributing sounds during defrost during which water drips and puddles inside freezer. 2. When the unit is installed within a refrigerator cabinet, the freezer door only opens to 90 degrees... this could be okay except the interiors have plastic extrusions that further limit access to the point where the ice tray cannot be slid out and removed. We must pull the unit forward, out of the cabinet, to open the freeze door wide enough to be able to remove the ice tray. 3. Lastly, within 3 months, our opening and closing of the freezer caused the wire-connector to break on the wire which connects the door electronic panel to the main unit.

Great Features
It runs so quietly, it is the perfect size inside and I'm able to fit normal size dishes, that I use for marinating different meets. The style is a great addition to the appliances that were already in the kitchen. So far the refrigerator meets all my expectations of a GE appliance. I also love that I was able to set the shelving, on the doors to my liking both in the refrig and the freezer. I also like the feature of being able to lock the controls which govern the ice/water, etc panel. The fact the there is a door alarm, when the door is open too long, is wonderful, especially if there are children in the home.

Nice fridge
So far it’s been good, it’s quite. a little disappointed it took 24 hrs from time of delivery & set up to reach the correct temperature set by the delivery men. & 48 hours to make a full bucket of ice, to dump, then be able to use it. Ice & water dispensing is slow. & sometimes drips out after using & leaves water marks down the front. There definitely is a lot of light in the fridge part & not the same in the freezer part. Guess that wasn’t easily noticed in the well lit store.. I would prefer that the temperature setttings show all the time, to ensure there’s no issues with temperature control. Only shows when button is pressed to view.

The designer should be fired
If I could give this AWFUL refrigerator zero stars, I would. It has a poorly designed freezer, allowing limited space for a family of three and is better suited for a single individual. The ice machine is crap. It has is no timer switch built into it to slow down the production of ice like our last fridge, so it overflows onto the shelves below. The sweeper arm-which is supposed to "detect" when it's full, does nothing. DO NOT buy this. Go buy any other brand because, honestly, anything is better than this refrigerator.

Love our GE!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our GE fridge! Our LG crapped out on us. When we took the LG to the dump, the employee there asked us, “LG?” without even looking at the fridge! Sometimes the ice will get clumped and you have to remove the drawer and break apart the ice. We use a lot of ice in our waters, so we don’t have that issue much! We love the 2 door style better than the freezer being the bottom portion like our LG was. The water filter lasts us a few months before needing replaced! We love the glass shelving! The capacity and compartments are perfect for us and the temperature is so easy to set and view to check it. I love the energy we’re saving with it!
