Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

An exceptionally made refrigerator
I trashed an eight-year-old Samsung French Door Model and bought this 23 cu ft GE Side x Side. The Samsung continuously broke down, including constant freeze over. The ice make was worthless and the bottom freezer a bottomless pit. The new GE 23 cu ft has adjustable shelves, the ice maker is located in the freezer where it belongs. It is exceptional quiet, has more storage space and food items are easily accessible. This is a fine quality refrigerator well worth the price. I would recommend purchasing the extended warranty, any electrical mechanical appliance may have an issue sooner or later. I would purchase this again.

Great side x side
I've had this refrigerator for 3 months now, and I am really pleased with it the side x side model. The height of this fridge is great as it provides more storage space. We are big ice-users and it makes ice wonderfully!!! I have purchased a lazy Susan for the fridge side, so I can spin the thing to get to the different beverages we have easily, as well as some different acrylic organizers. My last conventional fridge had a meat/cheese drawer; so the absence of that is an adjustment, that's where the organizers are handy. I do think it should have come with one more shelf for the freezer as there is room for one; I plan on ordering one.

Good side by side
We replaced our prior GE with a new one. The freezer side is a little more narrow than our prior one. Luckily, I do have a freezer so it was fine for me. I like the refrigerator because it has adjustable shelves in door and in refrigerator section. Many over models/brands only have adjustable shelves in the door. However, in both the freezer and the refrigerator section, it looks like there is a shelf missing because there are huge gaps. I checked on line to see if I can order another shelf but the one the fits my model is not available (probably cause everyone else thought the same thing about the gap). Otherwise, I do like the refrigerator and our last GE lasted years.

A Perfect Fit for my needs and home
I seacrhed for a refridgerator that fit my current opening without me modifying it too much. I did shrink the height of my over-the-fridge cabinet. The ice maker and water dispenser was a nessityI searched for a refrigerator that fit my current opening without me modifying it too much. I did shrink the height of my over-the-fridge cabinet. The ice maker and water dispenser were a necessity. The GE was the only one I could find that fit my needs. The Slate finish is a perfect fit with the rest of my new kitchen with my GE Profile 18” dishwasher and the wonderful slide-in GE gas Range. I’m very satisfied.

Just problems so far
The refrigerator was defective when it was installed. The water filter froze apparently so the water line plugged. That is being replaced under the warranty tomorrow. In addition the refrigerator temperature reading is constantly at a level less than the setting. I set the temperature at 38 degrees as recommended but the actual temperature is somewhere between 25 and 28 degrees. I don't know whether that has to do with the water filter freezing or whether the water filter freezing was due to the temperature. In any case the repair person is scheduled for tomorrow to bring the replacement parts.

So far, so good--after nearly a week
We were lucky to find a full-feature fridge that would fit our tiny kitchen. Also lucky that it came in a white finish (not black or steel), so that it makes the kitchen feel bigger. Thanks, GE! We replaced a 30-year-old fridge that was noisy, froze unevenly, and the water dispenser had stopped working. The new one is quiet, seems to maintain the temps it's set at, produces tasty water easily, and has adjustable shelves--so we have high hopes for a long relationship with this fridge! (We also have to thank our great salesman at Abt Appliances, and the stalwart installation crew who wrangled the old fridge out & the new fridge in)

Definitely not as good as my original
This unit is to replace a unit that was 9 y/o that stopped working. This is the same unit, the model number has changed. This unit has less storage than my original, very disappointing considering this is a refrigerator unit that fits in my small space. The shelving in this fridge door has two small shelves, two large shelves. My original one had all large shelves for more storage. This unit has one less storage drawer, this is very disappointing. My original had three storage drawers, this one has two.
For the freezer, this freezer has wire shelves, my original had glass, this part isn't so bad. It's the one less freezer shelf that was deleted from this model.

I waited along time for my GE refrigerator..it was delivered the day before Thanksgiving.
I had the refrigerator make horrible noises like a helicopter taking off intermittently.
This sound could be heard in another room. The repairman came and looked at it. He did a “McGIver” fix by sticking foam around the fan. This was a temporary fix. The annoying helicopter noise still intermittently plays but not as loud but still annoying. I am currently awaiting on a new fan to replace the hopefully defective one. I chose this brand over the previous models I have owned in the past. I am hoping that this is an easy fix and solution to this annoying noise problem.
